Seems like everytime I go to Subway in the morning I get stale bread. Happened again today. Won’t be a next time. Service, cleanliness were good but bad bad bread.
Edit: Apparently if you go to Subway before 11am you are going to get stale bread. Why open before 11am?

Ordered on the app for pickup. This is one of the few locations that take online coupon codes for BOGO subs. The sub was packed full of fresh veggies and turkey. No complaints. See short video of the ingredients behind the counter.

I ordered online and went to pick up with my Son today ordered 3 meals only gave me 2cups so I asked for the 3rd one and lady in the front was soooo rude rolling her eyes on me and the store was empty she was just gossiping with the other female worker there too so when I asked for assistance she was upset and just responded to me “well can you just grab it yourself?” It’s there!!! (The 3rd cup ) pointing her hand to where the cups were. And went back inside to keep talking… SMH DO BETTER! I love subway but ppl working here must be better trained in costumer service!!!

Ordered my 2 sandwiches on the app 25 minutes before pick-up. After arriving 5 minutes after they were supposed to be ready. I waited in line another five minutes before asking where to pick up the prepaid sandwiches. adult manager? said “he just started making them now” . I then asked the kid what the purpose was to pre order if they do not make the food before. “we were busy nothing we can do about it” was his response. No apology nothing out of either of them

Place is gross. Used the restroom and there was no toilet paper. The floor was sticky and dirty. The pop machine needed a good cleaning. Also the stainless steel counter was gross also.

Food is good like any other subway but i give them 2 start because of the customer service cashier was very rude he toss my sandwich on the counter and when ask him to put it to go he role his eyes on me, on tap of that he didn’t give me my cup for me drink and when a take one cup he yell at not you don’t pay for that!!! And then he give me a cup that he bring for tbe back.
