If you can help it…stop at a different subway!

Update: Nov. 2024. Still give this location a try every now and then hoping to get get food. But oh no…this time they didn’t microwave or toast after I said yes please do. I get home and it’s like eating gross leftovers. I can’t believe I keep giving them chances.

I live very close yet I will now be going to another location. Repeatedly, the sweet onion teriyaki chicken has no sauce on it (ok I will remember every time to ask to see it first). But then the kicker came today as I asked for a large drink, since I paid with a coupon meal deal…I had to get a small drink. (Ok) How much to upgrade to large? $2.99! Isn’t that the price of a whole new drink? Yes! No sorry I told them, I just want to upgrade. (I had already dropped my remainder into the tips as I always do.). Nope, can’t do it they said. Then I politely asked if I could just have the large drink as it really is not much difference as I was leaving and not getting any refills. I get home disappointed now to taste the soda only to know the mellow yellow is flat or all CO2.

I couldn’t really believe they couldn’t let me upgrade. Get better service and food at the other locations, they have never let me down once. Can’t say the same for here unfortunately. 🙁

Repeated order issues at this location, including missing ingredients and sandwiches not toasted as requested. Occasional errors are understandable, but constant problems are not — especially with today’s food prices. I will not be ordering from Subway or this location again.

Would love to know what happened to the middle of my sub and why the employee thought it was ok to give this broken apart bread roll to a customer. I proceeded to open it and found one single slice of turkey meat. Id go to Jimmy John’s or Milios down the street if I were you.

Very clean. Great beverage dispenser. Friendly staff. Great sandwiches! However, when chips are the primary side, there really should be a plain potato or plain corn chip option. Many of us come to Subway for the healthy veggies and don’t want flavor on the chips (or Baked Lays).

We go to this Subway once weekly taking advantage of their 2 foot longs for $12.99 coupon. Subway isn’t bad but there are certainly tastier places (Pot Belly, Cousins, etc). The reason we pick subway is solely because of the coupon. This most recent visit, there were signs up stating they were no longer accepting these coupons because of rising cost of food. I guess the owner(s) would rather lose customers (like myself) rather than honor coupons that are made for their establishment.
At this point, the only thing this place has to offer is the excellent service from the younger blonde gentleman who seems to be there often. We will miss seeing him.

Best subway experience I have ever had. It was all because of the staff tonight. The food was great. The subs were loaded up with veggies and was packed very well so when I opened it up at home, they still looked perfect. The woman helping me this evening also took the time to write a note on the sub to distinguish then from each other. I really couldn’t ask for anything more.

I have ALWAYS had great subs from this location but today it’s awful! First the woman making my sub had no idea how to make it. I asked for extra cheese and she didn’t put it on. She had to ask her partner every step of the way how to do it and still didn’t do it right!!!! I ordered a pizza sub there was not any sauce on it. Just cheese and pepperoni. Then all of the sudden 2 children popped out of the back wanting the attention from what I assume were the parents that were working. Absolutely terrible!

Upgrade to new system meant I could not use my coupon. If you can’t take coupons put up a sign, I had to pay $4 more than expected and that’s without the cookies and drink the coupon would have given me. I would not have waited in line for 15 minutes or ordered anything had I know in advance. Sandwich artist was very friendly and apologetic. Times are hard for lots of people right now and you need to have a manual way to enter prices for cases like this so customers don’t feel obligated to pay money they don’t have or waste food and make a scene.

Dried out, at least day old bread. Veggies weren’t fresh. Went at 5 pm and the cutting board was off the sandwich making counter, and it was filthy. Dirty tables with a near empty restaurant. Don’t recommend, I used to work at a Subway and this store has no standards.
