I went to return a sandwich that was waaay to salty. I returned it early the next morning because I bought it for dinner at work. By the time I was off subway was closed. I was told I couldn’t return the sandwich because I waited to long. So I went on the web site and reported the incident a couple times still no response. I think the report online goes to the store so I’m guessing thats the reason why my sandwich is still not replaced neither has my money been returned. I still to this day have that sandwich with the reciept still stapled to the bag in my fridge. I think this is so wrong of them.

Me and my family came in ten minutes before close (SORRY QUEENS!!!) and the employees were so efficient and friendly anyway. I know from experience how hard it is sometimes to not be grumpy when customers come in and order stuff right before close, so I was SO grateful and impressed that the employees were so nice to us!!!

10 people in line. Only 2 employees during lunch rush hour. Gal was chewing gum over make station WITH HER MOUTH OPEN & she had on NAIL POLISH. Both are against WI food code & extremely unsanitary!!! Big guy toasted my sub & burned it! Then I’m filling my soda, & I see him delete the guys order that was after us, & put the cash in his pocket! Signs in window are taped up with black electrical tape! Dining room filthy! Disgusting experience! My dogs wouldn’t even eat my burned black sub bun!

I ordered through the subway website at 8am for pickup. It said it was open and that the food would be ready at 8:20. Showed up at 8:20 and the window says open at 9 and they are clearly not open (double checked the subway website and it says open). Came back at 9 and waited until 9:05 and they never opened. Never got my food and went to another store. Do not trust the subway website.

The man that was at the counter was very kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and listened well to the orders placed. I placed 5 different orders and didn’t have to repeat one thing. I wish I could remember his name (respectfully: he’s short, black hair, Hispanic, average build) keep up the great work, sir!

I stopped in on 8/3 and needed six foot-long subs made. The two people working did a fantastic job with my order, making everything “just right”. When I got home later (I live out-of-town from there), I noticed they only charged me for five subs. When I called today to ask to pay for the sixth, the employee told me not to worry about it, as it was their mistake.
It was refreshing to be served by two teenagers who provided such great service at the store, and to be treated so well on the phone today.
