I entered the door and asked if I could used the restroom prior to ordering. The 3 employees told me I had to order my food before I could be allowed to enter the restroom. I pleaded with them and they refused and were very unpleasant and unfriendly. I would never go here again.

Best customer service!!! Today there was one lady working really hard all alone (i think her name was Sheresh). She was very kind to everyone coming for an order. We should encourage and appreciate hardworking people i would definitely visit again this location.

I ordered online at noon with a pick up time of 1pm. I tracked my order on line to make sure I was arrived when my order was complete. I work less than 5min for the subway store. Once it said that my order was complete and ready for pick up i went to the store and was there by 105pm. The lady behind the counter asked my name and if it was an online order. I told her my name and told her that my order said it was ready for pickup. She looked at the orders and told me they weren’t started yet. I had to wait an additional 20mins for my order and they were out of the chips that i ordered. I hate hearing excuses from people that, were short staffed today. Everyone is short staffed. Don’t say your order is ready for pick and then expect me to wait 20min for you to make it. At least they could do is give you a coupon for a free 6in sub on your next visit.

Since this place changed owners it is DOWNHILL. They are soooo slow its crazy. And they don’t seem to care that people have to get back to work—hospital/clinic, ETC. The guy that is always there, asks you what kind of cheese 2-3 times! It’s like he has no memory. The food is now ordered from a cheaper distributor and it sure taste like it. I had banana peppers today and I couldn’t chew them! The bread was always so fresh and soft. Now it’s crispy and hard. Really disappointed in this place. We only have a few selections close by that are fast enough. This one is off our list now.

This is my go-to Subway location. Though it is a little out of the way for me, it is always a great experience. The location is well-kept and they have the nice retractable glass to close after the orders are completed. The workers are always very kind and professional.

Turkey Cali Club on Wheat
Turkey and Provolne on wheat
Tuna on wheat

They have plenty of parking and vegetarian options. There is something for everyone at Subway.

I just visited this store.

All the credit goes to the super nice young guy who was working very hard to prepare multiple orders at the same time -unfortunately didn’t have a chance to ask his name. He made my Subway experience a really nice one. Keep this guy there and I will definitely come back!

I frequent this Subway multiple times a week as I work nearby. I have always had great experiences at this location. The location is clean, and the ingredients are always fresh. But the real gem here is the staff! They are always friendly, professional and create a very hospitable environment. You can tell the staff takes pride in this location. This location should set the standard for other locations in the area. On a side note it is the only location in Madison that has buffalo sauce which is an added bonus!

Not a good experience. Too busy to even acknowlege a customer waiting to pick up a paid online order? Subway subs weren’t worth any more of my time, so I left without them. Subway may be too ubiquitous to avoid completely, but I’ll certainly look at all the other alternatives first in the future.

Sitting here for lunch at 1:00pm on a Tuesday and they are playing very loud, very explicit music. I do not enjoy listening to f bombs (and much, much worse language than that even) while I’m trying to enjoy lunch. The music is just terrible – lyrics degrading to women, swearing, etc.
