The attached gas station needs to take lessons on customer service from them.

The quality of the meat in my cheesesteak sandwich was questionable due to chewy strings of fat. Subway has always had subpar ingredients with low quality to be mass produced and quickly made “fresh to order.” Prices have become an arm & a leg for a mediocre sandwich I can make better with a few bucks at Piggly Wiggly. I only eat here when I find significant coupons in the mail.

What a turnaround for this business. Subway is one of my favorite chain restaurants and I especially loved this one when it was the two older ladies mainly behind the counter. After a change of management, they started hiring high schoolers that did not care about quality as much and it led to a downward turn. Eventually I couldn’t stand the quality of service and ingredients so I stopped going. I was really sad for a few months while it closed down, especially since I work so close by, but now that they have reopened I decided to give them another shot. WOW. What an improvement. Corporate subway, pay attention because this is how you run one of those places. I only ever see two employees in there, which is actually a good thing especially in a small town. After only going in twice the guys recognize me and know me by name, and even know my usual order. I also prefer the idea of two main people because rather than this being just a simple part time gig for high schoolers who dont care, its become a 9-5 that supports two people (hopefully with good benefits). Although this may be more expensive for them in the end, I believe it will have a great payoff and produces employees who care more for both the business and customers in the long run, overall increasing the number of repeat customers. I’ve also noticed these two actually care about ingredient quality. Lettuce is always crisp, tomatoes don’t ever look dilapidated like they used to before the shut down, its just a complete different atmosphere than a few months ago. Every time I have been in the store it has been clean as a whistle with even the drink fountain area spick and span. I noticed in previous reviews people mentioned a lack of professionalism with the previous high school kids, and I can assure you I have never experienced that in any way from the two guys I always see behind the counter now. I truly wish I knew their names so they could be recognized. To anyone who was turned off earlier this year by this subway, I highly urge you to reconsider them as a lunch spot in this small town, I feel these two have earned it for their hard work and dedication.

I love coming here and the employees are so sweet. The three star rating is due to the fact that managment doesn’t seem to care about their employees. Constantly making them work by themselves creating a very stressful work environment and angry customers. Employees rock! Management do better, you are failing your people and customers.

Came in at 1130 for some lunch the subway has been open since 9 am and the worker said they’ve been there since 8 am.. but yet no bread ready???? It’s in the oven cooking and it’ll be a hour and a half??? What do you mean. You won’t even have bread ready for lunch? The lady at the gas station said she use to manage the place but quit due to many reasons but couldn’t legally tell us why she said terrible experience

absolutely ridiculous the employees were acting like they didn’t wanna be there they made my sub terribly and somehow I didn’t see you but when I got home there was no meat on my sub!!! they got sauce everywhere I opened the sub and everything was in the wrapper, not even inside of the bread. they put no napkins in the bag. The sandwich I get cost over $10 for the three different meats that are on it but sunrise they forgot my meat!!

My family and I got a flat tire while returning home from helping my brother in law move. We decided might as well have subway for dinner because we didn’t know how long we would be waiting. Once we finished eating the employee kindly asked us to not sit inside anymore. 4 children 10 years old and younger out in the 88 degree heat for over an hour. It’s extremely sad businesses feel the need to operate in such a way.

A complete list of new coupons and they won’t work with online orders. Worker at the window claims they ask for a scanner but have not got one.
So if the coupon code is given to them WHY can’t they enter it when checking you out???
No is just easy for them to say they won’t honor it. Or maybe after you leave they put the code in and pocket the money. Whatever it does not add up!!!
