I entry the store 9-21-21 at 5:15pm and was greeted by three fantastic ladies behind counter. The customer service was over top, Just blown away with service and the positive attitudes of all staff. My sandwich was great but the professionalism of the staff out shined the quality of my sandwich. Most definitely will be heading back to this. Thanks, we need more of this!

The Restraunt was clean and the food was good. The service was not the best. Seemed that the workers were very inexperienced. One of the guys cut my sandwhich with the knife upside down. Was shoving his fingers in my sandwhich to get the toppings back in when they fell out. Also put an olive in my sandwhich because all of the veggies were mixed together .

The employees are always so friendly, professional, efficient. They take care in making the sandwiches. The restaurant is also exceptionally clean! The produce all looks very fresh. By far the best Subway experience I’ve had.

Good people working here and there is always quality. Alien thumbs up. These people go out of their way to make the customer happy, valued and satisfied. When you want something extra they never complain because they know other customers might not like extra whatever. It all balances out. It’s the only location we buy from.

My husband and I stopped at the Mount Horeb Subway yesterday afternoon for lunch. Sandwiches were fresh and customer service was phenomenal! Especially from Sharon! The only thing missing was my cucumber melon juice. I did find another juice that was good. I just really liked when they have the cucumber melon

Okay so, here is the thing. I love this subway and rarely ever have bad experiences when I go out anywhere at all. But this one hit off guard and made me feel uncomfortable. Regretfully, I failed to get his name because he made it hard to even make eye contact. He had really long dark brown/black curly hair and pale skin, skinny man, average height working 11/7/23 at 5pm. When telling him I wanted a wrap his already stiff demeanor and tone became somewhat sarcastic and irritated. He then told me I, “made his job harder by the amount of spinach I chose to put on the wrap.” I then tried to relate to him in hoping I could cut the AWKWARDNESS by saying “oh yeah my bad. When I worked at subway for a few years people used to load up flatbreads and they would break.” To which he responded, “yeah seems like a learning curve thing, not a customer thing, you actually have to know what you are doing.” Thanks for calling me an idiot… just to avoid him I won’t be back for a minute.

It was a good experience, but the food was very sickening. The only reason I’m giving it three stars was because of the costumer service. The food tasted like fried rat droppings. Would not eat there again. If you care about your colon, you would do the same. Another note is: people don’t flush, there’s was a massive log sitting in the bathroom waiting for me, the smell was so overwhelming that I threw up.

I received the best service at this Subway. The guy who made our sandwiches was very kind and told us when things might cost more than expected and he even added a suggestion to make our sandwich better. Best service EVER!
