Just not to pleased with the person who answered the phone today.I tried calling a couple times to have a couple pizza s made for my kids on my lunch break and the young man that answered the phone was very rude. Told me we do not take orders for lunch and hung up on me right after that both times I called. Now Grandma has to go up and get the pizzas for my kids.

The male employee that drives the P.O.S white Dodge Durango and the Jeep is extremely rude and condescending. God forbid you roll up to get a sandwich and catch him out back vaping. He will treat you like trash and give you an attitude like your a big inconvenience. Sorry pal. The customers is what makes your paycheck. Don’t like dealing with people? Quit and do factory work. Or work that doesn’t involve dealing with peole.

Didn’t catch the young man’s name, but this was the second time I’ve been in there on a Friday night close to closing time and he was trying to close alone and serve the customer. Even frustrated the young man was very courteous and professional. Y’all have a good one there.

I used to order pick ups from this location a lot but today was my last visit. I’m a vegetarian and always order the same item – a 6” veggie sub. My sub today smelled and tasted like dirty gloves and meat. I don’t know how often they are supposed to change their gloves but it was disgusting. The wrapping paper had that smell as well. I don’t complain about the meat smell/taste tho because I understand it’s impossible to avoid cross contamination.

I placed a pickup order at this Subway location for convenience, but when I walked in to grab it, I overheard two employees talking poorly about customers who use mobile ordering. They were complaining that “people don’t even come in anymore” and acting like pickup orders were a burden.
What made it worse is that they clearly saw me walk in the door while they were saying it, yet continued the conversation anyway. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome as a paying customer.
I use mobile ordering because it’s quick and convenient—not to be judged for it. If a business offers this service, the staff should treat those customers with the same respect as anyone else.
Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I’d rather support a store that values all of its customers.

I’m absolutely appalled by what happened to my grandmother at this location last night! We regularly order a large number of sandwiches from subway 1 time a year for our APT trip in Spring Green.. well last night we were told “I’m not doing that” by the crew working! So my grandma & her friend did not get their sandwiches.. how DISGUSTING! They even used the app & called ahead but were turned away.. 11 sandwiches is too much to make? Good to know. Mazo subway I will call corporate since you stated they are the reason you would not fulfill your app order (even tho most are franchise & corporate wouldn’t have anything to do with it) & I will speak to your upper management. Terrible to send two ladies to not have any food at their picnic! I hope the DeForest Subway location is much better than the crew working last night in Mazo around 5pm.

Thank you so much to Devin, should be your employee of the month. I showed up with a couple hungry young baseball players 5 minutes before closing and he graciously served us. I’ve been many other places where they would have said we’re closed or had an attitude while the served us, but Devin was kind and made us grrat sandwiches. Thank you Devin!

I come in daily for lunch now that I am working in the area. I have to say at no time have I ever been disappointed. The lobby is always spotless, all the ingredients are always fresh looking (not like some subways) and the young lady and older gentleman working are always exceptionally quick and precise. I have recommended all my coworkers go there for lunch. I’d give them 5 stars but I think they are understaffed at lunch rush and those two employees deserve better.

I stop here when I’m hungry and driving through. I always kid around with the staff, and I try to make them laugh, and I usually do. Most there know I DON’T like lettuce on my subs, so they don’t bother with it. Very friendly staff there, and always respectable, and they build a mean sub sandwich
