Whether it’s the subway coupons you get in the mail, or even deals offered in the app itself (!!!!!), I constantly receive notifications that offers/deals/rewards are not accepted by this restaurant (when you try and redeem them in the app). What the hell? So the owner doesn’t want to allow any of the customers that order virtually to try and save a little bit of money? What is wrong with you? You want to take advantage of the fact that you know, if we are ordering from your store, more then likely we live in the area and going to another store for us just doesn’t make sense. So you charge us full price for absolutely everything and don’t allow us to take advantage of some of the offers and promotions offered by Subway?? UNBELIEVABLE

The lady who made the sandwich I ordered at lunch today was very pleasant, very friendly, quick, and did a very nice job. 5 stars for her. The sandwich was good, but over priced fir what it is. The store was clean. Can’t really ask for much more out of a subway.

This is the second we have stop at this subway and we will no longer go back. The manager needs to know what happens when they are not there.

First time they were closed at 5 pm on a Friday- employees were in there – but doors locked.

Other time we stop there on a Friday night (we hit this subway on our way up north) drive through was closed as employees were doing splint runs – timing each other on how fast they can run

Tonight- Friday night – sign is not lite up so it looks like they are closed – tried the door and they were open only to find out everything is put away and they only have wheat bread available.

Just ridiculous

Done with this subway/ won’t be back

We ordered two subs for delivery. Neither of them had much lettuce and both of them came without cheese. I tried submitting a ticket through DoorDash and was told nothing could be done. I had asked for oil to be added and my sub was drier than dry.

I tried to use a subway gift card at this location (a feeding America gift card good to be used at 6 different restaurants) I was told they couldn’t take this gift card and have never taken this kind gift card. Why put subway as an option? The girls working the register won’t even try to use it. I won’t be returning with the poor service.

Got the cookie sidekick it was barely cooked and mushy.

Google Maps showed the FLBOGO code to buy one footlong and get one free. We tried to order on our way here, but the website kept changing the pickup location on us. Once we got here, we tried a different device and were able to pick the correct location. However, the app would not accept payment. It cancelled out at first, and subsequent tries presented an “oops” message. Failing this, the employees could not help us and honor the deal. We tried again, but it ended up past 8:30 and the system would not let us try to place the order anymore. We wasted over a 45 minutes on this process and ended up with nothing. Fix your systems, Subway, and train employees on how to enter discounts or always have a manager on site.

I was waiting outside for the store to open, which I had no problem doing. At 8:00AM the lady working, Dawn, unlocked the doors. So I proceeded to get out of my vehicle and walk inside. The second I get inside, Dawn says to me in a very disrespectful manner that they are not open yet. So I asked if she wanted to re-lock the doors and unlock them again when she is open. (But realistically it was 8:00AM, the time they are scheduled to open, and she is the one that unlocked the doors.) At this point in an even more angry tone she asks me if she wants me to have her drop everything, stop opening the store so she can help me. I simply said, “No. But I sure don’t appreciate her attitude. To which she replies with, “we’ll go somewhere else then!” Again, in a not so very nice way. So I go outside to my car where my brother was sitting in the passenger seat and he asked me what’s going on. I told him what had just happened, so he decided to go inside and try to talk with her since he is a GM at a chain restaurant and he can possibly get a better understanding of where the issue is. So he goes inside and immediately asks for her name so he can talk to her by name respectfully. And after stating she was the district manager and her name is Dawn, she starts yelling at my brother saying that I came in before they were open to which my brother replies with, I work in the industry and I couldn’t imagine having a job after talking to customers like that. To which she demands he get out of the store as well. My jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe what happened. I understand people having bad days. But this was way over the top and for no reason. I don’t care what your title is in the company. But you would think the higher up in the company someone is, the higher the standard they would hold for themselves. Again, she was probably having a bad day, but this is still unacceptable.

This is a fantastic Subway location. I’ve been here, twice, now, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. In addition to that, the dining area has been spotless both times I’ve visited. The food has tasted overall good. Yesterday, I ate a Turkey subway on wheat bread and the bread tasted like paper. That’s the one complaint I have, so far. Otherwise, the other components of the sandwich tasted great. I’m not sure what the issue with the bread was – whether it was a toasting issue/ingredient issue. That took a little bit away from the overall good experience that I had.

Cleanest subway I’ve ever been in. Appreciated the employees were both masked and gloved. Gabrielle and Alex were courteous and made sure that the knives they used were clean and ingredients didn’t come into contact with other ingredients when they cut things for us. Not necessary but a nice touch. Nice touch to have legible name tags and to allow ripping on the Apple Pay.
