My family and I were visiting from out of town. On our way out, we stopped in this location to grab food for the road. There was only one employee working, since this was during Covid. My family of six were trying to order our food, and the gentleman did his best to hear us. As we were half way through, three ladies came in and we’re very loud, making it harder to hear our orders. When they were asked to please be quiet, they became offended and left. The man behind the counter, I didn’t get his name, apologized to us and continued with our order. He even labeled our individual sandwiches too! Therefore making our road trip that much easier.
So, despite what negative comments those three ladies may say, I’m here to say the opposite. Job well done! Great food, friendly service. A little bit of patience goes a long way. Much appreciated!

Worst subway sub I’ve ever had. It was like eating just dry bread. Barely any meat or veggies or mayo. I don’t think I tasted much of anything. Ordered 2 soups and the girl was rude when I asked for more than 1 pack of crackers. Ordered online and will never do it again. Subway on lathrop on the other hand. No complaints what so ever. Will def go back to that one instead.

The food was good and staff friendly. The soda had no carbonation whatsoever. He said he’d fix it right away but I didn’t see him. He let me exchange mine for a bottled soda. Tables were also dirty and there were only two customers.

Only the one women was decent. The other two were just awful(im 99.9% sure the one was a manager). No smiles and just plain rude. It made me just want to get my food and run. The bread also seemed like it wasn’t cooked all the way through. Reminded me of why I don’t go to Racine much.

Tried going there to get a sub before work and it wasn’t open at 8 like it was supposed to be. It didn’t even look like anyone was there yet. Used to be able to come in before 8. This Subway has gone downhill since Vicky left..

Everytime I eat at this particular Subway,I always end up sick. Never see the store have more than one or two customers so I wonder how long their food actually sits out. I go to this one because it’s between my house and job,but from now on I will go across town to avoid this one.
