The portion of meat that is on the sandwich at this location is less than other locations. They have you sign a receipt which shows your order listed along with quantity I’m assuming. My receipt stated they use 12 slices of meat but I have never gotten that on any of my orders I placed here. I received 8 slices for a whole sandwich.Also veggies are not always fresh and tomatoes used on online orders are the ends . Glad I don’t order often pictures for reference.

I placed an order online and I order 2 sandwiches. The American club had no roast beef and the ultimate turkey didn’t have extra turkey like the menu stated. I ordered 6 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, but received 3 double chocolate chip and 3 oatmeal raisin cookies. This is an allergy issue! Will not be returning to this subway location or ordering online from this location ever again! Very disappointing, unsatisfied and very unhappy!

I found the lettuce was almost gone in the tray and what was there wasn’t that appealing. I had a turkey sandwich with the thinnest turkey i’ve ever seen. The bread when it was toasted was hard. The person behind the counter looked like she didn’t want to be bothered. When i walked in there were no customers and one did come in as i was leaving. That sandwich went into the garbage when i got home. A total waste of money. If you want customers especially ones that are happy with their food do better. Everything is supposed to be fresh and it wasn’t. I wanted to give you my business but I won’t be returning. Since my sister lives in Gurnee we usually go there and everything is fresh.

Bread was crusty, old and dried out. Meat was also dried out and hard on the edges. Absolutely disgusting and left me without lunch for the day. Sandwich maker had zero personality or pleasantness about them. I felt like an inconvenience. Store was so hot inside it was difficult waiting to order.

I am beyond frustrated with this location. They never acknowledge requests, and the quality of their food is consistently disappointing and skimp on toppings even when you ask for extra. I’ve ordered a couple times, and each time, something is missing — and it’s always something simple! How do you miss an item when the order is just a sub and chips? I usually get referred to the Lathrop location through DoorDash, but today it sent me to this nightmare of a place. I would not recommend this location to anyone. It’s been a terrible experience every time. Thank you for the terrible subs you provided me with and the stale bread from last week.

Bought dinner tonight I asked for a Italian bmt the guy gave me 4 slices of bacon and 3 slices of cheese.. I also ordered a ham salami and pepperoni sandwich he gave my son one layer of meat . I got the footings and made it a meal and paid 28 dollars. I couldn’t see what he was doing because he had the metal lid up and it covered the glass and I’m short so I couldn’t see over the glass. I’m pissed! will never go there again!

Really nice people their kind and attentive the food it’s subs so yea pretty delicious to me. Also try their in store made I hope juice lemonade and the other selection it’s awesome worth the money just for the drink
