I have been going to this location for years because it’s a jump away …It has always been hit or miss and today….My gosh was it a miss! I decided to try The Outlaw in a wrap in my goal to eat better and I got healthy for sure .. It’s all spinach ..It was supposed to be 2x the pepper jack cheese & I can barely see cheese. The meat is sad. My daughter’s sub was better so it wasn’t all bad so I guess we’re battin 50/50. It seems to happen more if there is a sale.

This place gets the big thumbs down. They are listed on the coupon as a participating establishment. However, they have a note taped to the counter informing you that due to inflation they are upcharging you for certain items on your coupon sandwich. Example: $1.50 for 2 pieces of bacon…help me make sense of this??? If you’re going to bait customers in with a coupon don’t change the game upon arrival. My recommendation is to skip this place…

I know what some complaints are about and have experienced some negative issues. Was in with my other half a year ago and the owner or manager had talked to someone in front of us aggressively then raised voice to serve us, so raised my voice ordering he mellowed out. Not been back myself. Figure he was having a bad day the public isn’t easy to please!!
But yes the food portions are smaller, roll is smaller but perfect for the old meat portions, makes the sandwiches look unappealing. Just didn’t taste like a sub i would normally pay for. But my wife is hard headed and called herself treating me got home and all she did was complaint about the 4 subs!! It’s no meat on the steak and cheese, nor Italian, and dang the bread is falling off these 2!! Maybe now she will be like me and know I’m not missing anything at that subway no matter how much time goes by.
All subways aren’t like that one.

Has nats and flies flying around everywhere including the food she was making, when I pointed it out to them they shrugged it off and said oh well not a place I will be returning warn everybody ahead of time I work in pest control and flies transfer and carry so many diseases and germs

5 stars based on my experiences with Gloria making my sub’s. She’s the reason I go to this location. She gets down to business makes subs that look like the pictures. Always well made! The orders are never wrong and I’ve never had an issue with this location. But the customer service is why I keep coming back and always tip. She’s personable and treats her regulars as friends which is so inviting. Keep up the good work and never let go of her, she makes going to subway something to look forward to!

The girls that make sandwiches are awesome but the owner is very rude. Always wants to limit the selection of sandwiches with a coupon. He forgot to give me my free cookie said he put in bag. The girl opened the bag and no cookie. I live very close but won’t be back.
