Now that I’ve read other reviews about the weird attitude towards coupons it makes sense. Every single time I try to order on a delivery site like UberEats, they cancel it if it has a good coupon or deal. And it doesn’t matter if I schedule it hours in advance, they cancel it like 10 minutes before its supposed to be delivered and then I’m left hungry. Guess I’ll never eat here.

Came in at 8: 00am. My bus was leaving at 8: 40am, I asked for a Philly cheesesteak, waited until 8:36, the staff still wasnt ready, I ended up leaving without getting a sandwich. There are other better places to order from where you can actually get food.

Every time I’ve gone here, my sub has been low quality. When I’ve ordered ahead of time online, they locked the door before their closing hours and handed me my sub; I’ve gotten weird extra sauces on subs I ordered that had nothing like what they gave me. They never give you what you want or even fresh food, it seems. I DO NOT recommend.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Mobile ordered but they didn’t follow directions. Said no green peppers add jalapenos and I got both so they don’t follow directions. Also, my phone died so I couldn’t show my order but I reiterated the entire order word for word. The guy made me wait until I charged my phone to show him the order. Really unnecessary!

Unfortunately, the quality of customer service at this location is very poor. When I tried to use a coupon on a footlong, I was yelled at and told the coupon could only be used on certain footlongs. The server pointed me to a sign that was hanging BEHIND another sign stating this info (they’ve since taken the sign down completely), and were very disrespectful when I gently pointed out that the sign could not be seen. I’ve had other experiences that weren’t amazing, but this was by far the most hostile. I’m very disappointed.
