I used come to this subway all the time and when the younger guy works there my sandwich is always made right most times. They don’t take coupons …. I came in today to get a veggie it’s a lady in there she rushed on my sub my bread was hard my sandwich is slopped up everything fell out then when I asked could I scan my points she tells me no i can’t scan it . What do you mean I can’t scan my points ? Then she didn’t offer to warm my cookie up she’s just so in a rush and I’m not understanding why . Terrible service DON’T COME HERE !!!!!

WORST sandwich shop !! Smells bad , LAZY staff ! It`s like their pissed they have to do things. Same guy owns the one on 76 and Good Hope by WINGS, same thing, garbage bags lined up by back door, staff mad cause customers interrupt texting. NOT WORTH IT !!!!!

Had to ask to remake my wrap cause it was a giant ball of guac and Turkey. Didn’t turn out better the 2nd time. Employees need to push a button to let people in and out but doesn’t change their gloves.

I just recently ate there on 10/29/24 and I immediately gotten food poisoning!!! First time there and I got sick. My tonsils are all swollen up due the fact that they probably never clean their produce. Lady was not wearing a mask either . I highly regret going to this place!!! I have a lawsuit coming up against them soon ! This aint the end of it.

Never wrote a review but today will be the day. I hope yall read these reviews because the employees NEED to be fired. I ordered online and the order was completely messed up + both subs was supposed to be toasted but she only toasted one. I would understand if it was a busy day but no one was in there at all. I usually love the sandwiches here, but not this time. Online ordering was really easy. Inside pickup was a breeze and the inside was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. But my sandwich … awful. When I opened the package, condiments were, literally, oozing out from all sides. I had to open the sandwich and try to remove a lot of the condiments, which sadly resulted in some of the veggies coming off as well. Hopefully, this experience was a one-off. I will try this particular Subway one more time and see how it goes
