Service was terrible, dude was too focused on whatever conversation he was having on the phone. He messed up my sub putting on a sauce when I didn’t want it. He didn’t even charge us correctly, we asked for a meal and he charged for two chips. And then had to pay for a drink separately because he didn’t wanna correct his mistake. (Photos of receipt below)
I will definitely be taking the extra time to drive to the next Subway. Maybe they won’t be on their phones while servicing customers!!!

I placed an online order at this Subway and had a very concerning experience. When we got home, the bread was soggy, both subs had slimy cheese with visible mold, and two of the sandwiches were made incorrectly.
I called the store to report these issues and spoke with the manager, “Bob.” Instead of addressing the concerns, he became defensive, raised his voice, and repeatedly interrupted me. He claimed he checked the cameras and insisted pepper jack was used (it was not), then stated that white American and pepper jack are the same cheese, which is simply untrue. His tone was loud, condescending, and dismissive, and no resolution or refund was offered.
To make matters worse, some of my coworkers felt sick after eating their subs, which is extremely concerning given the visible mold on the food. This experience showed a lack of food safety, accountability, and basic customer service. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others.

Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. Had to take the time to write this review for them.

We all know the food menu is big and we have a lot of choices, what bothers me is how we can no longer see the entire process of making our sandwiches… The veggies are not always fresh like they say, but the people who work there are nice and always greet you with a smile.

Dont order online, even better don’t even eat from there. Ordered 2 foot long subs. 80% bread 20% Meat and veggies. Clearly they want to make more profit by skimping out on the meat and veggies.

Bathroom is filthy, their toasters don’t even work. I watched an employee slam and bash the toaster despite it’s screen displaying that it’s an issue with the door. Employee’s also seem distracted constantly.

I really use to like this location, but I went here yesterday and the male owner skimped my sandwich worse than I’ve ever had before at any subway location. The subs have gotten more expensive and these owners think it’s appropriate to give less than ever before on the subs. I will but be returning to this location ever again. They also claim to not take any coupons
