I had previously written a negative review. Today was my first day going back to this location since then, and they seemed to have ironed out the issues from last time. Workers were friendly and my sandwich was made perfectly. Also helps that creamy sriracha is now back at this location!

Place has gone downhill, bread is always crumbling, probably old. I asked for new bread once and he just gave me the same stuff and gaslit me about it. Ingredients are often left out of my order. Workers kind of have an attitude. Always have to pick up order at counter and wait in line even though I preordered. Why can’t I pick it up at the pick up stand anymore?

I usually order in the app to bank rewards and use promo codes. My order is always ready by the time I leave my house and walk in the store. I have never had an order made incorrectly or slow. Food is always consistent and meets your expectations. If you order curbside the app for whatever reason waits to send your order to be made. Best best is to just order pick up and grab your food off of a rack right next to the front door.
