My husband went in and ordered two tuna subs. He had them made the same because he said it seemed a little difficult for the workers to have different ingredients on the second one. We ate them when he brought them home. We both felt ill after. Severe upset stomach all night and in the morning, heartburn, intense diarrhea, bloating and soreness. Don’t know how old that tuna was or what shouldn’t have been it it. Last time eating here unless you enjoy felling ill well over 12 hours.

The staff was really friendly. The subs were excellent tasting. Restaurant was clean. Definitely a more nostalgic location, lol. But even though it’s not updated, everything was functional. Only thing I’d like to see improved, is the staff paying better attention when we say things like “really easy on the onions.” They put a lot on when I asked for less of a topping. But that is not enough of a reason to stop going. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

i’ve ordered here a couple times and they mess something up every single time. i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because i get mistakes happen but every single time? it’s truly not that hard to make a sandwich correctly

Drenched slippery floor by bathroom, rain leaking from ceiling. Dangerous. No sign, no bucket. Nothing. Ordered online for 11:30 pickup. Arrived at 11:40. No food ready. They pulled the order off the computer. They had no idea an order had come in. Nice teenage staff. I don’t blame them. They need better training and store needs major repairs.

Hours say close at 8pm. Pulled up at 7:23 tonight. Two teen boys looked at us like deer in headlights and proceeded to turn all the lights off in the store. Grow up and do your job! We will not be visiting this store ever again!

How hard is it to make a turkey, tomato, lettuce and cheese sub? This place cannot get it right! Either they forget the cheese or tomato, or they add mayo, or, this time they added cucumber, mayo and black olives. Then they hang up on me when I called to complain. Yes, i used a few choice words. Ive had enough of their incompetency. Sure, bring it back in and they will correct it. It should have been done right the first time. I should not have to go back! They have lost my business for sure.

5-22-23 830pm. Worst ever order at wales location. Three foot long subs were not made to order. Hot Sub meat was prepared cold. Barely any vegetables. The kid admitted they didn’t heat the meat. After calling ….was told I couldn’t get reimbursement if I return the subs. Asked to talk to management. They told me they had no management. So I asked what the phone number of the owners were. They told me they could not give it out. I would suggest not to order from this location. The service has been declining and ownership doesn’t hold their employees accountable for their service.

Younger employees need better customer service adequates in this store. Greet people and don’t act so pushy and unenthusiatic about your job. You make sub sandwiches you’re not twisting my arm to make a sale I walked in Hungry and could have easily gone 3 miles up the road to another subway with friendly employees and the same exact food.

So when I went in there was this lady in front of me trying apple pay for the first time. The store just must have gotten the ability. Cuz we all got to learn together! Hahahahah the kids running the shop did a great job working with her and figuring out together a new thing! Heck yeah! And the sandwich was exactly as expected! Good job peeps!
