We found that the level of service, quality and satisfaction is HIGHLY dependent on the time of your visit. Last week we bought two sandwiches for a late dinner (about 7:30pm). They got the order wrong and were VERY stingy with the ingredients. The entire staff were like zombies, just going through the motions (poorly) and the ingredients bins were almost all empty (maybe they didn’t feel like bringing out more only to have to put them away in an hour or so??). Later in the week we figured we’d give them another try. This time, lunch (around 12:30pm). They were fantastic!!! The lady at the register could not have been more friendly and the whole crew was upbeat and customer friendly. The sandwiches were made very well and were delicious. The difference in the two experiences was striking. A STRONG five stars for the lunch crew – a generous one star for the evening crew. Averages out to a 3 star rating.

So haven’t been a subway fan for years, but was craving a sub. I ordered the Great Garlic, not good. The rotisserie chicken that comes on it looks like baby food and close to the consistency of it. Half of the sandwich was warm from being toasted while the other half was still cold. Staff was nice so that was the only plus side.

I believe the owner was working that day, he smelled pretty weird, and I heard he was paying managers 7.25/hr. The meatballs get held on for too long and are dry. The bread is not tossed out on time and makes it soft, chewy, and hard to eat. I will never be going to this subway again.

Our favorite Subway shop! Always clean, always stocked well. This location has the nicest counter people. I never walk in and see workers on their phones, which I really appreciate! Bread is always fresh and they make great sandwiches. Always polite and helpful. Keep up the great work guys!
