This Subway is close to my home. I’ve gone there many times. I like Subway’s meatball subs, but the last few times I’ve gone there, they were out of meatballs by 5:00 in the afternoon and refused to make any more. All they have to do is take them out of the freezer and heat them. Also they’ve been out of regular Italian bread and wouldn’t make any more. The staff has been rude and acted like it’s a chore to deal with customers. I refuse to go there anymore. POOR management.

I’ve worked at subway and ate at subway. Don’t be surprised if you wait longer then usual though. I feel like when a manager is not around they have no meaning of the word fast. I feel like there’s a high turnover rate at this particular Subway and they seem to be trained well, but they just don’t get a move on and it’s frustrating when your the third person in line and it’s the 3rd sub Benita has made in 27 minutes… I don’t have time or patients to wait that long so after that happening 3 times in a row over a months time, I’ll just go to piggly wiggly and buy stuff to make it myself and still be done before them.

Service is slow, ALWAYS. Multiple times bread or toppings out, my wife’s subs always soggy soft semi liquid bread, she’s found hard objects in the tomatoes, and having to deal with the old drunk manager. To the point that her favorite place to eat is no longer Subway.

The guy making the sandwich was stoned out of his mind! He was in the middle of making my sandwich and the cookie timer went off. He stopped making my sandwich and got out the cookies. Yes I realize that they will burn. He then sampled the cookies. I had to get back to work and still eat my lunch. I made it back to work and had to eat on the job.

Never again will I go to this location. My bread was crumbling apart & old, plus the bottom half was very thin & the top half was super thick & crusty, everything was just thrown onto my sub, lettuce was brown, pickles were dry & my soup was microwaved with the non-microwaveable top on so it was kind of melted & my soup tasted like plastic. Didn’t get to eat that & threw half my sub away. Very disappointed.

It took 45 minutes to make 5 sandwiches. I had time to count while we all waited and watched in amazement thinking we were stuck in a slow motion Movie. We started making a game out of it and betting I won being the closest to the accurate amount of time it took to serve a cup of soup which was 4 minutes.

Inappropriate music and staff didn’t even greet us or acknowledge us. We waited for 10 minutes while he kept making a list of sandwiches (presumably a call in order). He never said a word or made eye contact so we left.

We went there yesterday for supper. 4:45pm and they were OUT of all the breads except the cheese bread and flat bread. We went to a different sandwich shop. NEVER AGAIN!! When I called to speak to the manager the next day she ACTUALLY argued with me that she was there and they weren’t out of bread. SERIOUSLY?? Why would we go out of our way to go there just to walk out. Looks like Cousins or Jimmy John’s from now on!!

I came in on my lunch break to get a sub. It took 20 minutes to get a sub. 4th in line and one worker. UGG! I went back to school with my sub and ate it at my prep time because it took too long to wait and make it that I had no time to eat it. Next time, I will go somewhere else.
