I love love this Subway. The wife and husband have been great every time I go in there. Tonight my husband and I ordered here and it was the best subway sandwich I have ever had .❤️ This place is very clean and I always see the husband and wife cleaning.

This is the most horrible subway I have ever ordered from. We literally just tried to Grubhub this place, and found out our order wasn’t even placed. Tried to call this location to confirm order status and no one picked up. Let it ring literally for at least 2 and half minutes. If you don’t want to service food, or hire the proper people close the business down. Literally close this place down and take the subway blend off this building.

Went to get a sandwich and soup. The employees were not only unprofessional, as one of them put one glove on and continued to eat her bowl of soup as I decided what to order. She then filled my bowl barely half way and charged me almost $3.00, as she went back to eating her full bowl of soup after I checked out. I would’ve said something had I noticed it in the store, but went to grab a drink from the fridge when she bagged it. The other workers were standing behind the wall mocking her after she asked where the soup lids were. I will not be visiting this specific establishment again. The sandwich was full and had generous toppings, but this didn’t make up for their service.

Ok so I have eaten at Subways before… but THIS subway… this is something else. Everyone is always friendly and in a good mood AND they make the perfect sub. It’s not so stuffed with ingredients that’s they all spill out because I can’t close it. No. They lay it all perfectly in and fold it over so so carefully that the bread doesn’t fall apart and magically it even keeps from getting soggy even though I tend to order both mayo and sweet onion sauce. Eat fresh indeed.

Store is dirty, smells disgusting definitely hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Rotting food with flies on and around it being served. Sub smelled and tasted disgusting only to look inside and see bugs in the food. Very rude, unhelpful customer service, and doors locked early.

So my parents wanted subway tonight, not only did this store smell like absolute death. There were flies all around the food along with bugs in their sandwiches. We called the store trying to get everything resolved, they laughed as we explained the situation along with saying “I know” to bugs being in the sandwiches. I asked for a corporate number, or a higher up number. They gave me someone’s personal number. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS STORE!!! DO NOT GO HERE… I honestly would love to see this place get shut down. The health department will be called.

The sub was very good and the 2 people were very nice…but very dissatisfied that I wanted the new club sub but was told I could not use the coupon even though the coupon states what the exclusions are..but was still told no…so ended up getting a different sub. Not good practice when there are so many other places to eat!

The windows on the doors are really dirty. Noticed they haven’t been cleaned for at least 3 weeks now. One worker is there every time I go, but he never smiles or makes eye contact. Zero interest in customer service. The food has been fresh, but the atmosphere is a turn off.

Wonderful people who are very inviting at this location. Food was great and exactly what I wanted. I get annoyed with negative reviews, they are people, they might be tired or having a bad day… food service is tough. Had a great experience today and will be making this my standard subway location for the future.
