It is 5:30 pm on 1/9/25 and there has been no employee in the store for atleast 30 minutes. No bell to ring, and when I attempted to call it got sent to voice mail and the voice main box is full. As someone who worked at a subway I dont know what this employee could be doing that would require them to be away this long

If i could give this place a zero rating then i definitely would. I rung the bell for assistance and the employee came out from the back and gave me the dirtiest look for bothering her. She continue to just staring at me with the nastiest look. No greeting what so ever. Had this awkward silence so i just ignore her rudeness and gave her my order and she mumbled with annoyance “with what bread”. i said “what was that?” To make sure i didn’t heard that in a rude manner coming from her. She repeated herself. So i just said “no, nevermind. I don’t need this attitude,” And left. This employee was so unprofessional and lack of customer service. If you hate your job and customers that much then don’t work here. This employee has zero hospitality and manners. To time stamp her shift ; Tuesday, 12/17/24 around 12:45 pm.

Walked in on 9/1 at 12:30. No one in the restaurant. There was one girl making what looked like a mobile order. Had her phone on the counter where they make the subs and kept touching it with her gloves and sticking her hands back in the vegetable containers. Disgusting. Never says anything to us. Finally goes in the back and brings another girl out. Who proceeds to take 20 minutes to make 2 subs. Has a horrible attitude and very unprofessional when talking to us. From the looks of the other reviews it’s just a common occurrence at this Subway.

there was mayo absolutely everywhere. whoever opened and put the drink machine together screwed up every single flavor and and they were spraying water and soda. i’ve never spent so long in line just to get to the end of the line and buy a drink and get denied a water cup. who th denies water cups? customer service and over product -1/5 stars unbelievable

I normally don’t do reviews but this one should be heard. The worker Tasha was very rude and argumentative. She didn’t make the sub right, refused when asked to add more oil. Bread was old. She overcharged and then said they can’t do refunds. She was rubbing her eyes and nose while cashing us out, and didn’t wash her hands after.

Back to the skimping…i know we are in Bidens America and things are more expensive for less BUT subway too? Cmonnn.. i wasnt paying attention to ask for more tuna but the layer i saw was like for little children, then i asked for green pep and onion and the amount put on was childish i had to ask him for more of each… lastly the flat bread was rock hard at the top bites (maybe because i did double toasted?) doesnt that make it softer? Idk

Worst sub I’ve ever had at a Subway. The bun was very dry. (I didn’t have it toasted.) The bacon on my BLT was burnt. It looked like it and tasted burnt. It should have never been served that way. The mayo was all on one side and squishing out. This left the other side dry. We go to the Kiel Subway often. This time we went to the
Wal-Mart location because it was convient today. NEVER AGAIN! Never been disappointed at Kiel. Howards Grove location was also good. Never disappointed there either. Sorry they left Howards.

I go here very frequently because work and home is near by. If there’s a guy in there with longer brown hair and glasses you’re in for great service! But if any other employee is working run far away! I just got a sub and the way she cut it was so mangled that all of the toppings fell out, she was rude and short when taking my order. And their produce is hardly ever ripe. Their tomatoes are always still green. If they ever get rid of the one employee I will sure never be going back!
