Received Subway coupons in the mail. Went to subway and ordered both subs. Not until as I was about to pay they said “neither sub counts for this coupon.” Nowhere on the coupon did it say ANY sub was excluded. Paid $26 for two subs. Only positive I have to say is that subs were made quickly by the staff.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had the manager was rude and very disrespectful. Speaking to me in Threatening way cause I wanted my subs remade the correct way I ordered them I asked for his name over the phone would not give it to me. He did speak with an accent I literally couldn’t tell you what he looked like as I’m very pregnant and didn’t go I sent my husband. He “the manager” said I should be happy with what I got and should not be complaining. I have reached out to cs for help. This is the most frustrating experience of my life!

Had a valid coupon to scan in restaurant and the worker turned the scanner around hiding it and unplugged it, then proceeded to say it was online only when in the coupon it said valid. Do not recommend.
