Ordered a sub through the app. Went to go pick it up, the employee said she never got it. I attempted to show her my receipt, she ignored me for 10 mins while I stood at the counter. After waiting for her to acknowledge me she wouldn’t even look at my receipt. Told me there was nothing she could do.

Today I was helped by Vincent and he truly made this the best subway experience for me. He took the time to ask if there was enough ingredients on the sub and also asked how the sub was after I sat down to eat. Truly a great experience. Thank you Vincent!

Had a sandwich artist named James that was fantastic. I rattled off a variety of Toppings and he was great about making sure I got what I wanted. As a customer, we need to take a step back sometimes and slow down when ordering. He did great and provided awesome service. Hoping he gets recognized positively as a result and creates a continued great environment for customers in the future.

I have never had a bad experience here until today! The lady taking care of my order had long, blonde hair that was greasy looking and it was not tied back and she wasn’t wearing a mask! I’m APPALLED that she didn’t have her hair tied back; that’s disgusting when you’re working with food. Then she burnt one of the sandwiches I ordered and didn’t think to make a new one. Definitely will not be going back if she’s working.

I arrived at 8:55 p.m. and Keith D made my parents subs without acting like he was in a hurry to close shop. He was friendly and the food was still out looking fresh, clean and really good. Unlike other Subways in the area the tomatoes were red and fresh!
Also, when I arrived Keith was mopping in the back. He quickly stopped, washed his hands, gloved up and asked me what I would like to order. I was impressed because the majority of the time I need to ask food servers to put on clean gloves.
I will definitely recommend this Subway when Keith D is working.

I went here for a few subs for my kids and I so I ordered two kids meals and one foot long steak and cheese. Well their food was got but my bread wasn’t the best I had from any subway. For one my bread had an excessive amount of herbs and cheese that it was clumped on the bottom of the bread and the bread was dry. The next issue was my sub barely had any meat on it and like I said I have previously have bought this same exact sub from other subways because it’s my favorite. Other than that my chips and soda were good.

The person Tristan that waited on us right away however did not see if he washed his hands before coming out from the back room… did a very good job and a very nice kid our sandwich was made well we could actually taste the seafood on our bread I hate how very little they put on you cannot even taste what you are paying for…veggies looked fresh and good. Then table I was going to sit at the bench was not wiped down and had a sticker of some sort on it. I was looking for the bread choices and could not find it Tristan showed me but I could not read the choices it was on the window I guess to me it did not look like it was the choices of the bread it looked like something else I feel it needs to be a bigger sign for people having trouble seeing fine print. I was not there at a busy time it was later at night things looked clean as far as the sandwich making area all in all I do think it was pretty good little surprised one person only was working I feel two at least should be there for safety sake and for helping with things. I also think they should be wearing name tags so that we can see their names and if we have issues can at least tell the manager who the person was.

I was in today around 11:30am and a young man made my boyfriend the best spicy buffalo chicken sandwich he’s ever had! Definitely will be getting it again! Can’t remember the man’s name but he was very polite and personable.
