Skip this subway. There is a subway in Kiel and there is one in Chilton, either is a better option than this one. In my opinion, they should just shut it down. It is frequently out of ingredients, meatballs especially. Service is poor, wait times are long. With the price to get a sub being high, there are better options.

Really been trying to give this place a chance but every time I visit they are constantly out of ingredients…on today’s visit, no flat bread, only a couple bags of chips and no ice for a soda. On top of all that the few bags of chips they had out, expired! Look elsewhere until management gets a clue!

Friendly staff but they never have anything. Last time I payed for my sandwhich and left it there because there wasn’t any vegetables but spinach. Today they had no ham no meatballs no MAYO and no cookies.

Last couple of times we’ve had Robert at the New Holstein subway. He deserves alot of appreciation super friendly & always finding ways to help us save money. Also last time we were here he gave my 6 yrs old son a for free. He is very appreciated by our family always look forward to having Robert as our server.

Really tired of waiting in front of the counter when Chris is working. Hes always in the bathroom when hes not serving and honestly dont find that very healthy in the food service. The food is good, but my main concern is when hes workin there I avoid because again hes always in the bathroom when I come in ordering.
