Huge improvement since the new owners and management took over. Subs are always fresh and delicious, polite and friendly service and the place is always clean! We order from here 2-3x/month now. I recommend giving them chance if you haven’t done so!

This store sucks and so does the food, the veggies look like they stole them out of a Aldi’s dumpster. The non-english speaking employee didn’t understand anything I said. As you can see from the picture I said no mayo or mustard. Next time I’ll just drive to the dumpster were they get there food from and eat out of there.

We just ate lunch there and there was mold on pop machine n trash over flowing onto floor. Meanwhile there was 3 employees laughing n joking around but did not care Jeff and zkia and not sure of other employees name but id get rid of them and get new staff they are worthless. If your there getting paid you should b be working not joking around doing nothing while there’s trash all over the place n everything needs a serious clean. Piss poor management

I went yesterday at 9:15 and all lights were off when it says they close at 10. So I was just like “fine whatever.” So I went today instead and the two workers there were doing absolutely nothing. They had a slight attitude towards me when I ordered. I asked for pickles and they gave me 5 pickles on a 12″ sub. Then I asked for extra mayo. They gave me barely any to the point where I couldn’t taste it. Never going here again. They workers are just rude and don’t care about costumer satisfaction. Don’t recommend this location.

3 times I went here and they were closed when they are listed as open. Tonight went in at 9pm says open till 10pm on both google and their own website and was told they were closed when I walked in the shop. Lost a customer because you clearly cant even handle the simple task of keeping your hours updated. What a Joke

I am super happy with the product I received. I have no problem paying extra and getting what I paid for. My husband was super happy with gentleman that serviced him. Much better than the last two experiences with this location. Thank you. I really enjoyed my sandwich.

Much improved from last time. Followed my salad instructions perfectly. It was a busy lunch time. The customer in front of us said she had problems with the text message. If I’m in a hurry I use the online app. It works well.

If certain workers are working, I refuse to go. My husband went and returned home with the sub on the right. Apparantly, they were out of lettuce, tuna, roast beef and the gentleman working stated the “quality cannot be guaranteed.” Well, let me tell you, this has happened far too many times. I took my sub back to the store and he had shut the open sign off and locked the door. It was 8:24pm. They close at 9. I ended up going to another location for a replacement sub.

I do enjoy this location, the quality of the subs is to my standards. HOWEVER it was a Saturday, google said they were open until 9, I drove past at 8:30 and it was dark. IT WAS CLOSED. Extremely disappointed and very upset. Wish they would stay open when they post their official hours and not change them.
