Update Jan, 2023: Still closing early while leaving the open sign lit with restaurant fully lit and locked. Avoid this location.
Watch out for order accuracy especially during peak hours or using online order, but location and selection are good.
This seems like a family run franchise that is probably struggling. They are nice people, but lack customer service, especially when using coupons or deals to not pay full price. They also tend to close early, seemingly due to staffing issues.

Came here at 6:04pm on 11/14/2021 for dinner after a 4 hour drive home to Germantown. I walked in and the lady yelled from the back that they were closed. I told her the hours online AND on the door said they closed at 8pm. She said she’d late for a family event and that I had to get out. I started walking towards the door and she yelled “OKAY BYE.” Short white brunette woman with her hair in a bun. I live .2 miles from here and will not be returning.

Ordered ahead online, 2 subs both 6″. Only 3 other people were there dining & i sat waiting almost 20 minutes. I went up to the counter to see why it was taking so long & they had my order sitting there, never bothered to tell me it was ready. The male employee then proceeded to laugh in my face about the situation. 2 employees, several dirty tables. Very disappointing

I ordered online at 8pm when they closed at 9, got there at 8:45, and watched them lock the door in front of me and run away while not giving me my food and keeping my money. I wasted my discount points, my $25, and my time. Literally stole from me.
UPDATE: they refunded my money and my points, but they still locked the door in front of me and ran away out the back 15+ minutes before they were even meant to close. They still wasted my time, energy, and dinner. Extremely rude.

Apparently, the wording on a coupon is up for interpretation.
The coupon in the local paper was, Buy one footlong, get one free.
In the fine print, it said “with any soda”.
I don’t drink much soda, so I ordered a small.
The woman insisted I had to buy a large. I wasn’t about to make a scene over the size of a soda. So, of course, I bought the large.

I LITERALLY called before ordering to make sure they had hot meatballs and they said yes. Two foot long subs came with like one Piece of lettuce each, ZERO SEASONINGS and they were both ice cold. This place is totally GARBAGE. They cheap out on everything. Pictures got DoorDash to FULLY REFUND US. Do not order from this hole.

Ordered the footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki and 3 raspberry cookies. The lady behind the counter was friendly and multitasked mine and another customer’s order at the same time. The service was better than the food itself. The sub was just ok. Standard sub, nothing to write home about, but was good and filling and made correctly. Will probably order again one day.

They really, really need to update their hours on the door. I waited twenty minutes for them to open. And they didn’t. No one there. If you call, it rings a few times then tells you the mailbox is full, so they clearly don’t care about their messages.
Whenever I do get in to eat here, they are unfriendly. They never accept coupons, which is silly.
After this morning, I’m done. I’ll never waste my time trying to eat here again.

We stood in the store for 15 minutes waiting to see someone! When my husband finally yelled “hello” for the 3rd time, someone from the back yelled “there is no reason to yell” but did not come out. When I said “hello” she appeared sarcastically say “you don’t need to holler, I have other things to do!”
So we just walked out! During the 15 minutes we waited, 4 other customers walked in and left when there didn’t appear to be any service. WOW I realize help is hard to get but you may as well lose the shop with that kind of service!
