Got an order for delivery, waited over two hours, asked if they could remake the order because it was soggy and they refused. I can’t leave work to go get food, if dashers don’t get the order quickly and it affects food quality, maybe don’t make the food until the dasher gets there? Or remake the hot food I ordered that is now cold please?

Went in to grab a quick sandwich and leave. A heavy set blonde younger girl took my order. She spoke from the beginning with attitude. There was another dark haired girl working with her. I was literally the only one waiting for 1 six inch sandwich. She decided not to fix my sandwich and instead work on a large order. It was obvious she was on a power trip. After she grabbed the 3rd foot long to make instead of my sandwich I walked away and went to the restroom. I came back she finally decided to finish my sandwich. Her and the dark haired girl were giggling like 19 yr olds. I really wasn’t confident I even wanted anything she made. I usually tip but decided absolutely not. The behavior was pretty immature. I was not impressed. She kept asking me one question after another that would have been fine but she did it with attitude. I don’t live close by do it’s safe to say I won’t be back

Horrible customer service, I was the first in line with a to go order infront and I was waiting to even get asked what I wanted for 10 minutes then left because I have school. Usually in person customers are a priority but not for those 2.

It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. When I arrived, I was third in line with 3 workers. Took 25 minutes to get waited on. Staff had no desire to wait on customers. They were more interested in visiting with each other and going to back room. Once waited on, it took another 15 minutes to get my sandwich. To add insult to injury, after I paid for sandwich, I asked her to put it in a bag. She said NO. Probably won’t go back to this Subway.

Wow! I must say you could tell by the way we were greeted by Sam that our experience was not going to be great. Desiree was very pleasant, Sam was slamming things around including our food. She clearly didn’t want to be there. My husband even helped Desiree fill the pop machine with ice.

Stopped tonight for a sandwich about 6:00 and found just one couple in the dinning room. The two young employees were obviously making sandwiches for a good size online order. Neither of the employees spoke or acknowledged that I was even there. After 5 or so minutes, I left. I understand the need to work on the order ahead of me, but a polite greeting and an explanation of why I wasn’t being helped would have gone A LONG way.

Every table was dirty. We had to clean our table with our own supplies because there were no napkins or anything available. They don’t keep any of the meat for hot sandwiches hot. Instead, they microwave it. Gross!

Let me tell you, Ivan 5 stars, girl with the green hair 5 stars, busting their behinds… but let me tell you the white girl with brown hair not wearing your name tag… laziest rude person ever. Never once helped during a rush instead stood at an empty register while the other two were making sandwichs and then scolded the other girl cause she wasnt helping three people at once. Then suprise when anyone went up to pay for their food… the one station she stood at, she conviniently found busy work so she didnt have to do that either, and lets not forget all the insulting comments about how she wishes people werent there and “maybe tomorrow might be a better day”… well maybe today would be a better day if you did absolutely anything to help your coworkers. Not even worth minimum wage.

I like this Subway and eat here often. However, my order on June 27th didn’t have a correct sandwich from the 3 we ordered. There is nowhere on their app to complain which makes me wonder if they care about customer service. They often send a “how did we do” but not this time. But, hey, it won’t deter me from ordering from them again.
