Order door dash the other night. Received everything as I always should. Started to eat my food and about died because they thought it was a great idea to put some wrap in the meat. I ordered the steak and cheese just a little fyi. If you order online please check your food before hand or you could have some serious issues

On November 29th, 2024 I made an order at this location online on accident when I meant to make it at another location while I was out of town. As soon as I made the purchase i realized it was the wrong place. So I called immediately (before they even started making the food) and instead of canceling the order and refunding me they sent it through the system as fulfilled. Since then I have been in a constant battle over a measly $25.35. I have called repeatedly and I have stopped in multiple times. I even had a conversation with Harsh Nakum from app support.
Maybe this review will finally get my money back and I’ll update this review once that happens. But I will also be sending a message to the BBB. 115 days is too long to not have the issue resolved.

This subway is the best in town. Friendly employees , friendly smiles , overall very polite and welcoming. Very clean place and the food is 100% made to your liking!! You can tell there is great management in place at this subway!! Great service!!

Twice now in a short period we did not get condiments on sandwiches and had to return. They need to read the order as all items where selected on touch screen. Train your employees better.

Their ordering screen sucks and it takes them 20 minutes to mess up a Sandwich! You won’t get the toppings you ordered and give you all broth with 2 pieces of carrot in it for chicken noodle soup

It was good but the lady was rude. She didn’t care about anything I had to say and was very put out by my indecisive friend, instead of recommending some things. Also asked for a certain bread and what it was and she said yeah it’s gone it was my favorite one. But didn’t care or acknowledge that I was just asking what it was.
