Today, 10/12/2025, at approximately 2:00 PM, I was craving food after a rough basketball session and came to Subway, which just so happens to be right there. I thought it would be a good place to get some grub — and to my excitement, it was probably one of, if not the worst experiences of my existence.
When I walked into the place, the stench reached me immediately. It smelled terrible. And the employees… don’t even get me started on the employees. Man, this might have been the saddest squad to ever work at a Subway. Constant attitude, terrible sanitation, and just downright should-be-unemployed.
I ended up getting my sad sandwich and told myself I’d never come back again. But then I had a realization — maybe if I came back later, when the managers would be working, I could get a better everything. So I did it. And to my chagrin, I was met by the employees who were not the afternoon crew — and actually good at their job.
At the end of our interaction, the employee apologized for the afternoon staff. And mind you, they were still cleaning up the mess that had been left behind.
This Subway just stinks — outright. Do not recommend. Only for the unfortunate souls who didn’t go to Jersey Mike’s.

I needed a fast breakfast this morning and wanted something familiar and simple. This particular Subway hit all the wickets needed – it was on my way to work, it’s a fast service restaurant, and their breakfast sandwiches are a simple experience, to say the least.

This is a really new Subway, much like many of the businesses around the TBK Bank Sports Complex. The floor is a uniform 1 x 2 tiling with swirled patterns of beige and darker coloring. There’s a drop ceiling with recessed lights and some strange artwork and Subway branded messaging along the walls. In short, it looks like a newly designed subway. Not offensive, not bad in any other way.

I opted for a 6″ bacon egg and cheese sandwich on wheat bread with pepper jack and a few vegetables. The sandwich was completely inoffensive – the eggs and bacon were of the quality expected of a subway, and so did the bread. It was an acceptable sandwich based on my past experiences and expectations of this sandwich purveying company.

Probably wouldn’t come here regularly – I’m not a huge fan of Subway in general. I certainly wouldn’t avoid eating here either, though. If you’ve read this far I’ll leave you with this – this is a Subway. Don’t overthink the decision to eat here or not. Seriously, why would you even read a Google maps review for a Subway? It’s a Subway.

They were out of prepped teriyaki sauce. Dude working told me it would take 15 minutes to prep after my sandwich was made. I got a sweet onion teriyaki sandwich..

This place might be better if their employees were older than 16 and actually cared about having a job. I went through the drive thru around 5 PM to see their touch screen was all black, no sign to say it wasn’t working and to go inside. So I thought, well maybe they will just take my order at the window as many other fast food places do when they have those issues. Apparently not. Reflective coverings on the drive thru window so you can’t see in, and again no sign to explain that their drive thru wasn’t working, so I sat there looking dumb for a few minutes and nothing. So I go inside. A complete ghost town. Two teenage boys on staff standing up front, no greeting whatsoever, they just stared at me as if I were paint drying on a wall. You get this feeling as if you’ve burdened them by walking in to order. They spoke to me like robots, monotone and clearly full of distane for their job. Just a complete joke for customer service. The meatball sandwich they made was pretty pathetic, too.

I would avoid using the app and go inside to order. Our order was for 2 foot long cold cut combos. Skimpy on everything except lettuce, not toasted as requested. No evidence of cheese. We have always enjoyed subway but this location is very questionable. Drive up not working. I fee that this last order will be our last at this location unless we watch then make our sandwich’s. So avoid being frustrated, either go somewhere else or take the time to order inside. I feel used and cheated.

Good food, good location, but terrible customer service. The employee working had headphones in and didn’t acknowledge me until another employee pointed me out. He rang up my order wrong twice. The store was also out of all fountain drinks beside Fanta. I tried to flag down the employee to ask for one of the bottled drinks instead, but again couldn’t get his attention.

Running a 45 team event at a complex across the street. Went in to order food for officials and asked for a discount considering the business we will bring in over 3 days. Spent $200 and No consideration given and employee was rude. You can bet we won’t be returning and teams advised to look elsewhere
