Don’t bother ordering from the app here. I ordered my sandwich around 11:30 app said it was ready at 12:05. Currently still waiting on it and it’s 12:45. Would have been faster just to drive in and hop in line. Very unprofessional when I asked about the online order and I was told it was coming up after everyone else in line was served.

The employee Taylor, greeted me with a cheerful smile and positive attitude. She made my sandwich from start to finish. I was undecided on toppings and she gave me suggestions that tasted great! It was truly the first sandwich I have ever had from Subway that had LOTS of flavor and had no dripping sauces. I ate my sandwich and was VERY impressed on how good it was and how clean it was made. Horrible, got sandwiches to go,ask for toppings in separate container as they were for later, staff got pissed one person came from the back and said no “containers are to expensive ” so staff 2 threw everything (toppings) in paper bag.when asked about sauces they said “no, companie can’t afford to hand out anymore ” like I didn’t already pay? BTW only 1 bag of toppings made it home.

First off my sandwich was not made like any other Subway. It was cut open but layered into the non cut side. Meaning when you eat the sandwich one side is all veggies while the meat is on the other side. Got Buffalo chicken and lady over squirted the sauce on one end. We said Whoa but she did NOT offer to scrap any off. She added Mayo when we said Ranch and she said oops. Did NOT offer to take it off. Further more that store does NOT accept the coupons I get emailed to me. And once home our over sauced meat on 1 side made the bread soggy. BTW we live 6 blocks. Sorry this wont happen again we wont be back.

I went to this subway yesterday, 12/5/2020. I walked in at 10:45 a.m. They had only day old bread not fresh bread yet, fine. Ordered my sandwich the man asked if I wanted it toasted. I said yes, he places my sandwich in the toaster. Can’t get it to turn on, the lady says oh I havent had time to clean it. He pulls my sandwich out and walks it around the corner and throws it in the microwave. I said I thought that toaster was dirty and now you are microwaving it? GROSS! I walked out. The workers were rude and clearly should not be left unsupervised.
