Well I’m very disappointed in price at this store because you get charged more here ! We have 3 subways in ottumwa hello why would you charge more at this store ! Mini sub $4.16 south store is $2.99 I guess I will be eating at the south store from now on! I just don’t get it and i have really haven’t had issues with pricing either but we’re in ottumwa iowa ! It should all be priced the same so does McDonald’s do the same thing?

Placed an order online went to pick up wasn’t done due to someone walking out and quitting. To make matters worse 2 more people came in after me to pick up orders and got theirs completed before mine. Plus the lady that took over my order had to stop because the manager called and needed to talk to her right away. After all that they still forgot to make my son’s pizza so have to go back and get the pizza made and we get home and it’s not even a subway pizza it’s just a Flatbread with sauce and cheese not the normal pizza. Plus my wrap was a complete mess barely had any toppings and ranch was all over it. I will not go back to this subway ever again. Very disappointing.

Arrived at location at 8 20 pm on 07/07. As soon as two employees visible inside noticed car pulling into the parking space they turned the lights off and went to the back of the store to make it appear that restaurant is closed. It would be nice if the hours that are displayed were accurate. That is why it gets 1 star

Last 3 times I went there I got my food cold even though I watched them warm it up. But people are very nice and generous but yesh last 3 times is just ridiculous. Need to adjust the microwave or timing
