Edit #2: I contacted them and never heard back. If you wanted to keep customers, I’d think you’d have your workers able to contact their manager instead of having them say “yeah, uh, that’s a manager thing, I don’t deal with that because people lie.”
Updating because of the horrible experience I just had. I can’t have certain ingredients on my sandwich, and they completely mixed up my order. I called back and they basically told me to call back when the manager is there, but don’t expect to get my money back or it fixed because they don’t do that. Thanks, I have to toss them now. I can’t eat the ingredients you put on it.
This is why people don’t tip places like subway. Here’s your proof that you refused to accept. Any intelligent person can see that this is wrong.
It doesn’t take much to pay attention to what you are doing. I mean, turkey isn’t rotisserie chicken. Flatbread isn’t Italian. It’d be also nice to get the damn ingredients we ordered too
I am BEYOND pissed off. There was no one in the store, besides the one you were finishing up and checking him out, sweet Jesus.

Stopped in on a real busy night and this employee was left all alone with the whole establishment was packed and he remained calm and positive and took care of BUSINESS!!He didn’t need anyone!!His name was Nathan he was one of the best subway employees I’ve ever met and my sandwich was delicious!!This establishment doesn’t deserve a employee like that!!

Visited this location for a quick bite to eat before my boyfriend had his overnight shift. The restaurant was receiving online orders and taking orders from people in line. When we arrived there were a couple orders before us. Between the slow service and the 6 sandwich orders ahead of us it took 20 minutes to get in and out of the restaurant. Maybe it’s worth it to drive up the road to get a *faster* bite to eat.

I went in for a flatbread sandwhich and one of the employees tried rolling it up like a cinnamon roll. 2 other employees standing by him with no effort to help him understand how to make the sandwhich. Had to help him verbally by taking him through the steps of the sandwhich myself.

We ordered in the APP to pickup at the store. It took over an hour to complete the task. Store employee tried to help us. The promo for BOGO was tricky. Food as always is great. Store was busy and clean, restroom was freshly mopped.

My sandwich was done right, just a little messy which is fine. I placed my order through online (google/postmates) for pick up. I didn’t leave work until I received the “It’s ready notification” since it’s about a 4-5min drive from my work and my break is only 30min long. I got there and though there was a lengthy line I figured my order would be on the Pick up rack and it wasn’t. Turns out my order hadn’t been started. I would not have been very upset about it if it wasn’t for the fact that the expectation was not set from the beginning. Lunch rushes are expected and everywhere is short handed, but they should not hit the notification for an item being ready until they have the time to actually make and have it ready.
This way I would have clocked out slightly later and would not have had any problem with the wait.
