All of these stores in CR owned by the same companies are TERRIBLE! I will never understand how they can still operate under SUBWAY when they never have ingredients or staff. If I could give negative stars I would. If the owners gave a crap about their businesses, they would be back there working if short staffed but no they increase their bank accounts and vacation/live in Florida instead of operating a company. I’ve called their company office multiple times and never got a single refund or an apology. TERRIBLE OWNERS EQUAL TERRIBLE BUSINESSES!

The employee (Harvey) was exceptional despite being alone in the restaurant. He was honest about what foods he would stay away from, because subway was negligent on their fresh delivery of lettuce, banana peppers, and cheese. He was very calm very happy despite a difficult situation and had a smile on his face! I want to give him a shoutout and help him out if i can! I will be a returning customer when hes around!

I will NEVER eat at the Blairsferry Road again. Husband and I went there tonight. High school boys were in there. They were very loud. I mean really loud. The two workers didn’t say anything. Workers were girls, high school age as well. We told them to stop and words were had back and forth. The boys continued to stare, flip us off, and go outside walking by window looking at us motioning for us to come outside. When I mentioned something to the two girls working, they said it was our fault; they are minors. Seriously! I guess if you are under 18, you can act like an idiot in a public place, disturb others trying to enjoy a meal. Do better! Won’t be eating there again. Workers need training on customer service!

Ordered food for delivery, only got half of our order, when called they said they had no record of those items. Sandwich was not appealing when opened. Definitely will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Don’t waste your time if there’s an older lady working there she’s got a very very negative attitude she should not be working in the general public hospitality food business if she’s going to have that type of an attitude when all we did was simply ordered food we didn’t change anything we didn’t add extra stuff or anything like that she was just very negative good luck if you go there!

I placed an order online on 1/14/23 at the location on Blair’s Forest Way NE and they didn’t put any cheese on my sandwich and they didn’t put the oil on my sandwich last time I ordered online they forgot the same things and I had to go back and get my sandwich remade. I really don’t understand how they missed these items when it’s clearly on the receipt

Got grilled chicken sandwich and had it toasted. The meat was still cold? Italian herb and cheese bread had barely any seasoning on it? Food is just low quality with high prices.
UPDATE: Tip from Subway management for a better experience. Make sure if you order any Chicken “Rotisserie or Grilled” that you explicitly ask to have it heated first then get your sub toasted. This will save you headache from having frozen meat put on your sub.

Brian is RUDE and doesn’t listen very well. He might want to take the ear bud out so he can hear customers. We asked for “light sauce” on the meatball sub and he put extra on. My wife wanted ranch so he grabbed the peppercorn ranch. Supposedly, that is the ONLY ranch they EVER had but a month ago, we had regular ranch at a different store. Maybe, it was just that store.
