The lady kept charging up charging my sandwich and then when I asked for extra they didn’t give it to me and then I asked for pepper and there was no pepper coming out of the Shaker the whole thing was a sham. And then she was laughing about it black hair older lady glasses. I hope they talked to her and set her straight.

Good service, they need to learn meat on the bottom vegetables top dressing on the meat!! And actually care about employees if a family member is dieing!! Show your human and have feelings!!! God forbid it was your family!!! Which we would so care about and the employees would cover your shift!!

I love Subway in general, but this Subway in particular was very polite and accommodating. I was helped by a young lady named Becca and accidentally told her the wrong meat for my salad. When I told her I’d made a mistake, she went out of her way to pick all of the meat out and put a different meat in. I would have just taken the wrong salad, but she made my experience so much better!

Staff is poorly trained, whether that be not up to date on proper procedures or LTO’s. They have had a sign up for personal pizzas for months even through a promo change yet they still say they can not make the product. It is bad procedure to have up info on an LTO you no longer serve. I understand completely that things run out, but it should be taken care of not just left up for months. Sandwiches were poorly constructed and thrashed to the point you might as well throw it in a bowl and have a salad. Senior staff was stuck up aswell and treated us as if we were dumb for asking about our coupon. After YEARS of food service myself I will not elaborate and beat a dead horse, because it is mostly high school kids who see this as just a school job, most of this is a reflection of poor training and non hands on management.
