Another awesome visit to my favorite Subway. Anndriea is fantastic. Always a friendly smile and great conversation. And of course the manager, Sandra was there at the helm. This place would be nothing without her. Tried the spicy nacho on the new flatbread. 10/10!!!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered a couple of sub sandwiches. Sandwiches were made nice, and the employee provided plenty of toppings as asked. It appeared as if they may be getting a new drink machine as most of the were out of order. Great location for a small town.

Got there around 8:10am today to order something to take to work for lunch, Walked in and the employee said that they weren’t open yet and didn’t have anything set up and that she wouldn’t be ready to serve anything until about 9. I said “but you guys open at 8” she replied “we get here at 8 but don’t start serving until 9. Now, I’ve been there at 8am before and never had an issue, the sandwich station was always set up and ready to go. So either the hours changed or yall have some lazy employees. If the hours did change then please update the hours on your door sign and google.

The lady was so rude would not stop complaining about other customers. Kept saying “I’ll never understand people coming in the last minute, and now I have to reclose everything” to are faces. On top of that she rushed us so we forgot to grab are chips.

This is the second time I ordered a sandwich and part of the bread so hard and other part was rubberized.
Had to throw away bread and just eat the meat.

This store has probably been one of the worst establishments that I have ever been to with in West Union and it’s piss poor customer service is not helping it’s reputation. Within a couple of months that I have been going into the Subway in West Union. Not once have I ever felt welcomed, and the people that are working their are one of the nastiest, unhighgentic people that I have ever seen. From ants and insects roaming around the store floors and counters too works cross contaminating food and gloves with bodily fluids. It’s rude, unwelcoming atmosphere never seems to stray from the truth. Almost everyone that works their seems upset when they have to actually make your food and when It comes to paying for the sandwich they expect a 25% or more tip for creating a sloppy mess of a sandwich. It’s not that hard to make a sandwich within less than a couple minutes. Hardees, Dairy Queen, The Barrel, and Casey’s all do the most amount of work when giving customer service and they don’t have to be tipped to provide it.

Hit and miss with this place. One of the workers coughs into their gloves then proceeded to try an make a sub. Ordered online twice now and order wasn’t made correctly. Some employees are rude. I have worked for subway before an I’m honestly disgusted by this one. Understand they have limited employees but it’s still no excuse for how things are being run in this store……

The lady working was extremely rude, insisted on finishing her cigarette before she would come in to do her job, and talked to Nathan like it was his problem that she had worked so long today and not gotten enough breaks. Someone should re-think their hires here…
