Ordered online for my family. My husband went to pick up. They were still making my order when he arrived. Person working stated he was very put out because I ordered for my family of 6 and did not give him 24 hrs notice. Then continue to state he lost over $200 of service because of my order. He was very rude and disrespectful. Then screwed up my order. And it isn’t like I ordered several different sandwiches, I made them all as similar as I could.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Ordered online for pickup, arrived at the time it said it was ready and the store was empty and the employee was sitting on her phone. She said she was busy and didn’t start my order yet so she would start it right now. Got home and my steak sandwich was cold, straight out of the cooler, meat not heated at all. I ordered the steak and cheese wrap which boasted double meat. As you can see in the picture, there was very little inside. Disappointed but not surprised.

I got 2 sandwiches and a salad. The 1st sandwich had the wrong bread and barley any mayo on it. The second sandwich i didn’t get avocado cheese peppers and the parmesan. I also barely had any ranch on it. The salad is fine.

The pretzel was hard as a rock. I asked to have them toast it for half the normal time and it was still not edible. Had to find something else to eat at home. Need to toast these for way less time. Other customers in line were frustrated as well for lack of customer service and how long they waited in line, over 20 minutes and there was only a few other people in line. They indicated that they came early to skip the lunch rush….she hand not been there in awhile

Just went in for lunch and lady working was sooo rude and the other employees were scared of her! She would not melt my cheese on my sandwich and said they don’t do that. I hope they get rid of her or they won’t have any customers!

Watch out for their hours, I came in at 8:40PM, albeit late, but still 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, and the employee told me they were actually closed… Even though their posted time is 9PM…
Just came by for just a sandwich, and the first thing I was told, “well you’re just going to have to wait, I’m busy with an online order” I understand that online orders are a priority, but you can say it better than that…
Anyway the older lady making my sub was in a hurry, didn’t give me the chance to say much,
Then they brought it to the vegetable side, where the high schooler whose name I think was Lilly or something, she was decently polite, but, I asked for spinach, and she quite literally scraped the remaining shreds and dumped it on my sub, there were maybe 7 shriveled leaves and a bunch of stems… Then she looked at me like nothing was wrong! I looked at her for a second as to say “really?” I moved on because I just wanted to grab a bite and was already waiting almost 10 minutes, then I ended my sub with quote on quote, “a little bit of ranch please” and it’s as if she didn’t hear me, and I have a pretty loud voice honestly, she went back and forth with the ranch 6 times, when it should’ve only been like 2.
And I’m not trying to be rude or anything, but I also work in the food industry, And it’s seriously not that hard, you just need to listen, and have common sense!

On Sunday September 1st, 4 of us got there about 20 min before they closed yet the employees were super super friendly and nice. You never get those employees when it’s close to closing time anywhere else

Overall the service and location are all great! Sometimes slow but understandable for new staff. The food all in all is good but man the bread has gone down hill, fewer choices sure but, the “density” of the bread has changed. Mostly air now, turns into flat “bread”… Im still a customer for now but it’s just not the same….

Terrible service, there was a girl named Kirsten that did a Terrible job , she didn’t knw how to make a sandwich at all!
She’s definitely not a customer service person and shouldn’t be working there ! If I go back and she’s there she won’t be making my sandwich at all .. the whole sandwich is gross … never will I have her wait on me again … managment needs to deal with her
