Service was friendly and helpful. The sandwich artist was helpful with the order and making suggestions. My only complaint about subway is ordering from the app is difficult. However that has nothing to do with this location.

Jeremiah was great, friendly and outgoing. He went above and beyond. Took my order in person when I told him I wasn’t sure if it went through on the app and reassured me he would cancel the other order if it came through. Then when my phone number wouldn’t link to my account to get points, he patiently walked me through finding the right spot to scan in the points on the app. What a wonderful asset to have at Subway. Loved being a customer today.

We felt sorry for the one and only person working behind the counter. He was doing an excellent job considering he had no help! There were 2 people ahead of us and 5 or 6 behind us. After he took care of all of us, THEN 2 other employees showed up to help him!?! Food was fresh and delicious. Tables and fountain station needed wiped down.

Subway is always my go to, but this subway has some of the nicest staff.
The kids who work in the afternoon have my respect for always making sure that my order is right and they don’t treat me like a customer, but a friend.
I wish more customer service workers were like the one’s who work here.

We had a French dip and Flat bread with cold cuts. Both were ok. Service was good. Asked for my cucumbers on the side. Got them and was able to add to the other half of my sandwich the next day.

Just went to pick up an order for my son and they said it was close because they were mopping the floor and they close for 10 to 15 minutes every day to mop the floor. Three customers were waiting outside to get in to order food, and they were all very angry about this. I have picked up an online order and the bread was wrong so I wanted to have the food exchange or we made, and the employee told me he could not do that because it messed up his inventory. The customer service at this place is very bad and there’s so many other subways around, so I would give your business to those

Up charged me 4$ without telling me. Can you please at least have the decency to tell people? Now I never know how much I’m going to spend here because it’s literally just how some guy is feeling at the moment is how much you are charged it seems… Charged me for a sandwhich I didn’t want or have……
