The bread was stale, the menu has changed but the half frozen vegetables and super thin sliced tasteless meat is still the same. I liked going here because of the rootbeer and crushed ice, however the rootbeer tasted like stagnant water and the ice had a foul odor. The atmosphere gives hospital vibes.

Easily earns my 5 star review. They recently remodeled the restaurant, and they staff ensure it is always clean. The sandwiches there are great, with a very wide variety of ingredients. This is one of the best build your own sandwich shops I’ve been to.

It shouldn’t be hard to have a standard way of making food.
When I order ham or turkey and they just place down a slab of meat on the bread instead of arranging the slices like they should, it tastes different and cheap.
People that are smart will understand what I mean.
4 slices stabbed together and not layer out properly…
It is all about how the customer wants and expects their food and not how lazy the employees want to be.
Especially when you are the only person in there,
Sandwich artists are a thing of the past I guess, just like well paid employees…
Pay better, set expectations and stop the lazy small town ways and pay scale…
Customers should leave happy and not like they were insulted in a poorly made sandwich.

So, I usually have no problems with anything at this location, but today was unacceptable. Isabella was waiting for an order to be passed to her when she asked Mindy, who was preparing a sandwich for my girlfriend, if she had already moved the new bread to the top of the holding rack. Instead of a very simple “No, I’ll do that as soon as I’m done with this order”… she snapped very aggressively at Isabella, basically degrading her for daring to be helpful in front of customers. It made me, my girlfriend, and the whole team visibly uncomfortable. I will not return as long as Mindy works there.

This was by far the worst service I have received. I called my order in and went 20 minutes later to pick it up. They hadn’t started it. Then 8 had to wait for them to wait on everyone in line. Luckily I watched them make my pizza because she tried to put it in the oven without the veggies I ordered. My son ordered a 6 inch sandwich. The girl started setting up a footlong. So I corrected her. Then the next girl started putting the wrong veggies on his sandwich. UGH

Do not like Debit card machine! Wants you to leave a tip and almost impossible to get the “no tip” touch button to register. Did not receive change from paying. Realize they were busy but this has been happening the last several times I have been there. Cookie prices have changed every time I’m there! All people should know the prices!!

Service was quick and the subs were tasty. Floor could have used a mopping. I can only assume someone dumped soda on the floor and it had dried leaving the floor tacky which is a bit gross, but it served it’s purpose and had us back on the road in no time at all, so 1 star deduction seems fair.
