The lady that is the main sandwich builder has intense RBF and also rushes way too much. I work in MV and stop here frequently and I’m yet to get my desired cheese type. She even asks then does something different. Starting to wonder if it’s personal. Provolone is NOT a substitute for pepper jack. Big lunchtime bummer. All other subway locations I’ve visited are a far better experience.

I have literally never encountered a person so unhappy to do their job. I’ve done order pick up here two times and the same lady opens the window and stares at you until you give her your name, gives you your stuff, and then shuts the window. Never spoke one single word to me either time. The first time I thought, you know, everyone has a bad day sometimes and let it go. But the second time was almost unbelievable

This was the worst subway experience I have ever had. We came in between 730 and 8 pm on a Sunday. There were 2 employees sitting at a table eating a bag of chips, they didn’t get up to work till we walked into the restaurant. Tables were dirty, floors needed swept and the employees seemed annoyed we were there. The girl taking our order had her hay backwards and was loudly having a conversation with the employee doing the dishes in the back talking crap about previous customers that had come in that day, the entire time she made our food. There was zero customer engagement, zero sense that they were even remotely excited about their job. Whomever is doing the hiring at this location really needs to reevaluate some things.

I want to give 100% honest opinion of this store. The staff was not happy to help anybody I’ve never been in a Subway where the staff was so unhappy to help you that their facial expressions didn’t even move then they were so quick to push you through the line without actually listening to you. If you wanted it toasted you could just tell it irritated them so we didn’t get none of them toasted. They acted like you were wasting their time I highly do not recommend eating here we were trying to feed everyone in our company but after about the fourth sandwich I just decided to give up. The stories of shining example of people that do not even want to work. Feel bad for the person that actually owns the store. If it was me I would just fire everybody and hire people that actually want jobs. Your stuff is the reason why you didn’t make a few hundred more dollars today I’m sure that’s not much for a store that probably does 3/4 of a million dollars but if you got rid of them you could probably be upwards of 1.25

This place was packed when we got there, and stayed packed until we left! Brad and Zack were awesome, tackling all the orders and providing amazing customer service to all of the customers there. I wish Subway’s in Omaha were more like this one!

pretty bad service. one employee was rude and the other was not smart in the nicest way possible. the not smart one had gloves on while touching stuff like the tables and chairs and the screen and ended up keeping the gloves on to make our sandwiches. it wasn’t the cleanest place either. be warned.
