This place is absolutely horrible, tonight after my football practice me and my dad went to this restaurant and it was horrible the guy had a terrible attitude, he looked like and acted like he hated his job, the food was a disgrace my bread was stale and it felt like I was chewing wood. My dads meat was cold and the bread tasted terrible when we asked about it the lady made up an excuse to cover it up and make it seem like nothing, worst subway I have ever ate at, I don’t recommend at all

I went in Saturday 10 Jan. It was not very busy but I was sick at work later that night. I believe the 2 on shift do not wash their hands. Needless to say I will not return to this establishment anytime soon.

We walked in around 4:45pm New Year’s Day and the guy working was cussing because we came in. He didn’t talk to us and wouldn’t help us. We walked out. Whoever owns this subway you’re losing money because of your employee.

Me and my wife went there at 4:35pm and the guy was by him self we waited until our turn and I’m hard of hearing and he said something to me and I said my wife is first and he snapped back and said don’t get a attitude with me so we left. I went in to the location today and I had asked for an ice cream drink an orange Casanova. I had noticed even before I walked up to the employees that the ice cream fridge wasn’t on. I had asked them if they could make it and they did not know what I was talking about. I explained to them that it was orange juice and vanilla ice cream and the lady’s response was “we don’t have the mix ins, so we can’t make it”. I’m pretty sure they have orange juice because of the breakfast menu. I was highly upset because of this so I left. The lady did not seem very engaged with me or other customers as she was leaning on the counter. Very unprofessional and you could tell she didn’t want to be bothered by me.

My daughter, grandson and I went to this Subway. The experience was awful! My daughter and grandson were waited on then the man making sandwiches started working on online orders leaving me waiting. There was a lady behind me and she went to the man at the cashier register and said something to him I couldn’t hear and then he came over and started making her a sandwich. I said I still haven’t been waited on. He said she is a regular. I said that doesn’t make it right! She was behind me and said I’m on lunch break. Well that doesn’t make any difference, we all have some place to be. She should have ordered online then I guess. But in no way should they have taken her ahead of me. Then when the other man stopped working on the online orders for awhile he says what can I get you. I tell him I needed 2-6 inch sandwiches, one on white and one on wheat. When 8 get to the lady who is putting condiments on I see footlongs. I said I didn’t want footlongs. She told the guy who made them. He says I asked her and she said footlongs, I said no I didn’t. He proceeded to argue with me and said I asked you twice. I said you asked me twice about the bread. He kept wanting to argue until the lady said stop. I will not be back to this restaurant as this is no way to treat a customer in either scenario. They were rude and disrespectful to me as a customer and as a person! I’ve worked in different positions in customer service and never would of treated anyone as they treated me! And there was never a word of sorry coming out of any of their mouths!!

A good place to grab a sandwich. Most of the time the service is pretty fast, unless there are a ton of online orders. The staff tends to be friendly, so overall I would say the service here is pretty good. They have a decent amount of seating and they tend to keep the place pretty clean. Not to mention it’s a fairly convenient location if you’re on the east end of town.

I went at 4 pm and there was a line. As I stood in line, I watched the woman check people out and handle money with her plastic gloves on. She kept the same gloves on and handled lettuce, pickles, bread, etc, and then checked the person out, handling money. Keeping the same gloves and handling more food. Money is dirty and germy. After she checked out 3 people and still had the same gloves on, she went to the next sandwich. I left and went home.

The store #10813 in Council Bluffs, Ia (East Broadway location)chose to fill all of the call in orders and leave all of us who walked in standing in line. Even call in tickets that came in as I was standing inline were being filled before I was waited on. I was so angry by the time I left. The person in front of me got their sandwich ordered, then they started on a call in before finishing his order. There were 8 people in line, I told the cashier how I felt, then 2 people got out of line and left behind me. As I was leaving a lady was walking in arms I told her to be prepared to stand and wait because they were doing all the call ins instead of waiting on their customers. She turned around and walked out.
