Food was fine, but the 2 women that were working tonight had no people skills and were rude. They weren’t wearing name tags so couldn’t tell you their names. One of the gals thought she needed a smoke break, so she opened the back door and left it completely opened while she smoked, disgusting! Let’s let flies, other bugs and smoke inside the facility. Ew.

We normally visit the Subway on the south end of town, but they are closed for a couple weeks for remodeling. This Subway needs to remodel. The food was good, but the space is cramped. The service was alright, but they were a little slow. I also didn’t appreciate the woman working there messing with me. When I asked for a footlong pretzel, and she said “no”. I was a little surprised by her response, and then she said they were out. I was about to leave and then she said, “just kidding”. Not appropriate.

I had the most wonderful experience at this Subway location! Taylor, the assistant manager was the most upbeat, polite, caring and fun sandwhich artist I’ve ever had! It is by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. We need more people like Taylor in this world. Definitely will be back BECAUSE OF TAYLOR.

I ordered 2 church’s and they were so under cooked I took them back and the heavy lady says they r not under cooked well if u hold one up and it bends over its under cooked I will NEVER go to the North SUBWAY IN SPENCER ever again I get themAll the time in cherokee subway and are always crispy
