Clean and recently updated restaurant with a modern feel. Variety of options for subs, salads, and bowls. Prices have increased dramatically over the past couple of years! Sandwiches can get pretty spendy depending on what you order. They also seem to use smaller portions/less toppings here than at most other Subways. Staff is usually friendly.

Will is the only worker who showed any sense of urgency or care for the store. It was unbelievably slow service and didn’t even get our sandwich right.

The young man Wyatt that was making our subs did an amazing job, even though he had an extremely nasty cut that most likely needs stitches. He just kept plugging away not complaining. I was definitely impressed. That kid deserves a raise!

The brand new Subway built in Rock Valley was gorgeous, the service just never matched the expectations when walking into a building like that. Until a new manager started a month ago so and has absolutely turned things around, even cleaner environment! The sandwich, wrap or pizza always done efficiently and always so delicious!

Had my husband order a salad for me with the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on it. He came home with the bowl and all that was in there was the meat and toppings and no salad. I called immediately and the girl acted like she didn’t know what was going on. She talked to her manager I would suppose because she said someone higher up than her and for my husband to come back and they would make it over again. Didn’t speak with a manager or anything and could hear her laughing about it!!!!! Get some older people or at least a decent manager that knows what’s going on. Very poor management and training skills!!!!!

Your night crew is terrible. An unchopped salad with cold steak and bacon…the machine gave me soda water instead of lemonade and it turned red half way through…the meal comes with 2 cookies and I received 1. The first time ringing out they forgot to add the meal. Then they gave me the chip meal when I pointed out which cookies I wanted they made me buy them separately. 3 transactions and for what reason? The staff was rushing us out the door even though we were the only customers and there were 3 of them. Cassie is amazing during the day every single time she is friendly,efficient, fast and accurate. On the opposite side we have never had a good experience with the night shift which is always boys who seem not to care. 5 stars because Cassie outshines them. She should have them come in during the day to watch how a business is ran. She makes sure any extras are accounted for and keeps the staff on track.

I went to get 5 subs today mentioned before starting I was going to do 5 I did two subs and I went to do vegetables and my brother did his meat side.I went back to order the rest and the kid had started the guy behind me.I mentioned to the girl doing vegetables that I had 3 more to do.The girl told the kid but he didn’t hear and she didn’t speak up loud enough and she continued to do the person that was behind me. I then was paying the 2 subs that I had ordered since the kid had done 3 more people that were behind me. Talked to a lady who came and charged she got it figured out told her what had happened the kid also mentioned there was no steak and there was steak in the back. I was very upset I was in there for 30 minutes ordering when it shouldn’t have taken that long.

First a worker named Colin wasn’t very friendly to my boyfriend and I and kept whispering things under his breath. Than a worker named Denver was itching his beard then touching our food! Really gross. Than he didn’t wrap our sandwiches right so they were falling out of the paper, and he didn’t give us a bag to put them in until we asked for a bag. We asked him to wrap our sandwiches better because they were falling out onto the counter, and he tapped the sides, which didn’t stick so more of our sandwich’s ended up on the counter. Not to mention not wearing gloves when cutting our sandwiches. I will not be going back until the service is much better. Highly don’t recommend!

Very clean and friendly. Bread was fresh as were all the fixins. Only thing I disagree with is a tip. Doing your job does not require a tip. But that won’t stop me from eating at a Subway. It’s a healthy choice.
