Stay away. Workers don’t know what they are doing! Burned the bread beyond belief. The sub is suppose to be a cold sub but the worker decided to toast it without asking. Didn’t say anything bc of the long line. Fountain pop was out of syrups for the pop. Workers have long hair and should be wearing a hair net or at least put up. If I could give it a negative star I would. Really sad the quality of Workers this day and age. Guess a warm body and a heartbeat is all that’s required here. Use to be a great place. Saw 4 separate subs thrown out of viechles on the way out of town. I see why

Great service, great food and great people. Savanna went above and beyond to get our food as perfect as possible. She also made great conversation while doing her work. AMAZING. Don’t listen to the other reviews. They are just miserable and wanna take it out on a food chain. Amazing service, great food you just have to be specific with how you like it if you’re worried about it being made wrong. :))

The rating of 4.1 is an average over many years. If you consider only the ratings over the past 12 months, it is closer to a two star average.

This is closer to my one star experience. Besides poor service, poor food and more expensive than any other Subway in the country between here and the west coast it is disappointing. I have never seen a coupon for this location, either. It is a national brand, that used to be a good thing. Sunshine Foods grocery store is a better option. Be watchful of the ‘sell by date. ‘ It happens sometimes, but it is mostly very good stuff.

Love the online ordering option! Having 5 kids makes, it makes it super easy and convenient to order. Not having to stand around in line with them all, no matter how well behaved they can be, is great.

The place is always clean, the staff if fantastic, and the food phenomenal. Plus, their cookies are delicious.

Don’t bother, Go somewhere else save yourself the time and the money. Every time I go to this subway my sandwich falls apart. I don’t know if the bread is not cooked long enough but it just disintegrates as soon as I pick up my sandwich. And I’m left with a pile of ingredients, that were lazily slapped on the sandwich so I there’s just chunks of cheese and meat. The employees were so rude, One employee was complaining that they were customers in the restaurant. And then proceeded to tell me that they were out of black olives, because they didn’t want to open a can of black olives and make backups of their ingredients. Unacceptable will not be back.

Good customer service, but I ordered online, and they made both of my subs the complete wrong way. I came back in and explained the mistake, and they still made the order wrong, so I just left. I wasn’t even able to eat my sub as I have certain dietary restrictions.

Ordered online half an hour before I would pick it up, paid and everything. Got to the store and they had only gotten a third of the way done because other customers came in and they were “busy”. Waited half an hour and had to physically get in the line in order for them to finish my food. So in total, it took an hour for them to make a flatizza, a 12″, and a kids sandwich. Not happy at all, especially since it made me late for my kids activity.

Terrible experience. Placed an online order 10 minutes before I would be at the store. Got to the store and the staff said they just printed it out. Waited an additional 20 minutes for the 2 staff to make 6 subs. It probably wouldn’t have taken so long if the staff would’ve finished my sandwiches before they helped incoming customers. Had I not paid for the order when I placed it online I would’ve just left. This was the slowest subway I’ve ever been at and the staff were unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced by my order.
