Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had today! Bread was small and dry. Toppings were scarce. I added chips and a drink thinking I would get charged the meal deal and instead it was over $13. ( and the manager rang me up!) Next time I guess I’ll make a less healthy option for lunch so I can at least get my moneys worth!

Staff really needs to be re-trained. I have been in a few times
in the last couple of months and every single time the service is terrible. The staff makes you feel like you are interrupting them with their long sighs that they actually have to do something. Mind you, it will take them forever to make the sandwich. But anyway, the reason for me to make this review is because yesterday, was the last straw. We went in for lunch approx. 12:30PM on 10/8/23 and 2 girls were working – the young girl with LONG hair & glasses did not have her hair pulled back and she was swinging it around and moving it with her gloved hands and I am 100% many people had hair in their food….SOOOO disgusting and honestly, wont return.

Their evening staff needs better training. I went in to get a sandwich and the gentleman making it, took his sweet time, didn’t look too happy to be there and kept looking at me like I was interrupting his “slow time” if you don’t like your job, find something else

I went to buy several sandwichs,this was not a busy hour there were no other customers in the store besides the few that came in behind me. The top of the warmer was full of burnt bread, not just a little burnt but extremely burnt. The bottom shelf had decent looking, soft edible bread. I was told the burnt bread is what I could choose from and that the bottom shelf of bread was for night shift. The burnt bread should not have even been served as it was not edible. I asked the extremely rude girl behind the counter for the managers number and she told me she was the manager. I then asked for the corporate number and she told me they did not have a corporate number. I did not order any sandwiches as the bread was not edible and the customers that were behind me also seen this and they too decided to eat somewhere else. I worked at Subway as a manager for 10 years and I assure you the bread she was trying to serve us should have been thrown away as it was burnt and there was no reason that she could not have served us the fresh bread that was edible. I will not be back to the subway ever again. I know that most subways are franchise owned and due to covid I try to spend my money at local businesses but this will be a business I will never spend money at again. I would also like to point out I was buying nine sandwiches for my son’s wrestling team and I had planned on buying a sandwich for myself and my husband. We chose to take our business to Jimmy John’s were not only was the bread fresh and soft and most definitely edible the customer service was amazing!

This is what happens when you run a Subway on the cheap. One staffer during dinner, instead of the standard two or three from 4-7PM. Twenty minutes for our order. No less than four people in line walked out without ordering food. This is a frequent occurrence at this location. Show some respect for your customers’ time, and you may then just well have a clean, stocked and profitable operation.
