I usually have such a good experience here but today I didn’t. I ordered a footlong oven roasted chicken breast on Italian bread with American cheese. I was given a flatbread roasted (shredded) chicken sub with no cheese. The only correct thing was the sauce and pepperoni add-on. I am very displeased with this. I have come to this restaurant for years and never had issues and so I’m very disappointed with this. I’ve included a screenshot of my email verification for my online order to pick-up in store and pictures of the sandwich I received.

I’m just here in town working so I’m not super familiar where to get a meal but I love Subway so I was excited to see there was a subway. I like to order on the app and go pick up my lunch. I’ve ordered three times and all three times I have been disappointed. Ordered a protein bowl that was half full ordered a sandwich that was dry. AF ordered a sandwich today specifically asked the staff for extra sauce and they looked at me like I was insane. Also noticed once I got back to my job site sandwich is lacking half the toppings I requested I will admit perhaps this is my fault because I did not go in in person and watch them make my sandwich. I’m still here working for several days, but I will not be going back to that subway

I enjoyed my visit, but witnessing a VERY unsanitary event occur was disgusting. After ordering and paying I sat down in clear view of the line. Cameron- the employee- took a 6in bread from the counter, wiped it off on the trash bag, and returned it to the bread cabinet. That is gross. That can make someone sick. This was around 12:40/12:45. The store was clean. The manager was very polite and the food was good. But being in food service and witnessing this is DISGUSTING. Just watch the cameras, you’ll see it.
