I usually have such a good experience here but today I didn’t. I ordered a footlong oven roasted chicken breast on Italian bread with American cheese. I was given a flatbread roasted (shredded) chicken sub with no cheese. The only correct thing was the sauce and pepperoni add-on. I am very displeased with this. I have come to this restaurant for years and never had issues and so I’m very disappointed with this. I’ve included a screenshot of my email verification for my online order to pick-up in store and pictures of the sandwich I received.

I got there and there was a line of 10 at 8:00 and i was about to leave because of the long line. But I decided to stay and I was so impressed by the worker, Dylan. Even though he was there alone and there was a long line, he was calm as could be but still super efficient. The dude did amazing and he’s a great worker and I could tell that just during the short time I was there. Then carter came back in to help after being sent home already and he just jumped right in to help, no complaints. Basically, I would just like to say that it was a very positive experience and I want to shout out Dylan and carter for being amazing employees 🙂

The place was nice. Had clean place. There was three workers. The young lady was doing a great job cleaning and had a smile and polite. The young man with the dark hair was nice and friendly and had a smile on his face when we walked in. The kid with the red haid and glasses did not look like he wanted to be at work. He did not listen when i said i watched my flat bread tossed before i had my stuff on.

Workers were rude and lazy. Forgot to take someone’s sandwich out of the oven and held up the line because they didn’t know what to do about it. I left with a cold sandwich and one of the workers scraped the avocado out of an empty container instead of refilling it and made me pay extra.

They made us sandwiches, check. However, they were out of brisket, they were out of napkins, they were out of the flavored lemonade and agua fresca, and the radio was partially tuned to country music that was swimming in static. The staff were polite.
