While the food was average and to be expected, what prompted me to leave this review was the complete disregard for food safety. The middle aged woman with the long dark ponytail literally rested her nasty arm on my bread as she wrote our sandwich order on the paper. Why wear food gloves if you’re going to put your sweaty arm on my food?!??! Then I watched the other girl put together half an online order without gloves. I hope you like your chocolate chip cookies with a side of unwashed hands that just scratched her unwashed hair.

Subway seems to always skimp out on how much chicken/meat they put on your sandwich unless stated double or you pay for extra on sandwiches. Workers always seem annoyed your even in the store. There was about 2 inches of breath that didn’t get chicken on it and she attempted to spread it more after I asked but it was not enough to even fill the 12 inches of sub it claims to be. Overall the flavors and taste are there, I will continue to keep going as long as I get coupons in the mail. Would never pay full price for a sub when it’s meh to say the best.

I will be calling this store in the morning. I was at the Laporte Rd location tonight 9/11/25 at 8:42PM the male employee was so beyond unprofessional he proceeded to tell me that he has been imagining and wanting to stab customers as they walk in and that he new how to cut organs out of people. When I say I have never felt so insulated and terrified in a restaurant I mean it. He then asked the female employee if she would like to work the black market with him she questioned him about what for he said selling customer organs all she said was your crazy and laughed. Last time I ever come to this location at night again.

Didn’t smell clean when you walked through the doors they need to remodel this location because the floors are bit dirty but they might be clean to them but you can see spots in them and their worker came there multiple times to pick up lunch for my spouse and the one making the sandwiches still had the hat on that had dog hair on it or some type of pet or animal hair and I advise her to switch hats or put a hair net on or something because animal hair can’t be falling in a sandwiches I understand people have animals but you’re working in the food industry and that needs to be taken care of I’ve already spoken to management about it and the same thing each and every time you come into this location it’s just disgusting to me to see a person with animal hair on their clothing or cap handling people’s food can cause easy cross contamination. But far is that some of the other workers are friendly treat each guest professionally I just think someone needs to take care of that matter of that employee with the hair on her hat.

The food is good, yet if you order online & ask specifically for the sub to be cut a certain way or toasted…they haven’t got it right ONCE in the many times I’ve ordered. Hire people who follow simple instructions is my only suggestion.

The Staff and Manager at the Laporte Rd location are always friendly and helpful. I’ve noticed there air conditioning hasn’t been working my last few visits. The owner really needs to have more compassion for his or her employees and have this fixed immediately. It’s hotter in the store then it is outside.
