Placed order online and both sandwiches were great!! Was greeted by both employees when entering restaurant. After picking up order I had a question about the app and Emily was more than happy to answer my question!! New management was definitely needed and enjoying the change. Food has been great and service amazing over the past couple of months!! Hope it continues!! Thank you Subway for the improvements!!

place was clean, Chongyan and emilee gave excellent service! If I could give 6 stars I would because they deserve 6 stars! Ive spent around 10 minutes in there and the workers were super nice, helpful, and very enthusiastic. The food was made fresh and I’m definitely coming back!

I havent been to this location in several months because the previous visits were not so great. We decided to give it another chance tonight and we’re so glad we did! The store looked much cleaner, the service was good, and the food was even better! You can definitely tell new management has helped a ton!

Place was dirty. The two employees chon yang and emillee were not busy at all. Nothing was stocked. Make table was dirty. Chon yang told me he was gonna charge me for extra pickles and bannapeppers after the fact of making my sub. When i said I didn’t want the charge he proceeds to cross contaminate food but taking of the peppers and putting them back after they have been placed on my steak sub. If i could do 1 star for service i would they dont even deserve a star.

They had just had a huge rush right before we came in due to an event at the school. They had run out of a few things because of it, which is totally understandable. They were still very polite and professional with so much going on for them. Best service we’ve had there in a while. Seems like the new management is turning it around already!

This has not been the first time we have had issues with This Subway. I ordered a #15 Titan Turkey, does this look like 2x turkey and 2x cheese What A Joke!!! Yes I could come back for a new one well cost of Gas why would I should have to make it right first time. Cost u could get more making it ur self.

Ordered a wrap, they said they changed it to flatbread. Not even the same thing. Then put meat in it, when they wrapped it up it wasn’t a sub. It was a taquito. Go to Jimmy John’s. This place has really gone down hill.

Purple hair girl was mad at me for showing up ahead of my online order being done. Barked at me saying it just came in. I said thats ok i have time and she kept looking at me and shaking her head about it. Don’t usually get an attitude at this location.
