Most of the time I love subway, however, I stopped at the one in Humboldt and was very disappointed. The tables were dirty. We mentioned that to the staff and they did nothing about it. The floors were filthy. The staff had 10 minutes of down time and sat in the back. A customer came in and stood there waiting for someone to help her. 5 minutes went by before I said loudly”They must all be on break.”. They must have heard me because they came up front then. I will continue to eat at subway, but not in Humboldt ever again!

Brandon is the BEST! He makes perfect sandwiches every time! My daughter knows when Brandon makes her stuff!! Abigail is also very good! We have never had a bad experience here!! Happy to have them in Humboldt!

The last few times I’ve eaten here I’ve had terrible stomach issues for days. I’ve tried to space out the sandwiches and order different choices to see if it was really subway or something else but I keep getting severe stomach pains. This was never an issue last year or years previous. Maybe the so called fresh ingredients aren’t so fresh. Huge disappointment considering Humboldt is lacking in good restaurants already.

Do Not Eat Here If You Value Your Health. My daughter worked here as a second job. She was sent home from her first job today and went to the ER to find out she has Strep Throat. She called Donita, the manager of Subway, to let her know that she’s contagious and couldn’t come in for her shift day after tomorrow. Donita told her that if she didn’t come in for her shift that she no longer has a job there! What????? So does this restaurant expect her to come in, prepare and serve food to their customers while she is sick and contagious? That’s a scary thought. The manager obviously has no concern for the health and wellbeing of her employees or her customers. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t know about y’all but I don’t want a sick person preparing my food and making me sick. My daughter will not be returning because she refused to take the chance of making someone else sick. Ordered subs for 4 online. Went to pick them up and they didn’t have any pepper Jack. We picked something different and waited another 10 minutes for it to get done. When we got home the steak and bacon had bacon, ham and something else. The steak and cheese was missing ingredients. And one more was wrong. My dad called back and they didn’t know the managers name. They couldn’t give me a replacement. And then the guy on the phone started talking to someone else while we were talking to him. When my dad asked him if he was talking to someone else while trying to fix our order he said “I won’t be talked to that way” and that was it! This is such bull! Worthless service! How does a business run without a manager?

Very fresh and great sandwiches, very nice staff, however I ordered this online and ordered avocado on my sandwich which is $1.75 extra…it was not put on my sandwich which threw off what I was really wanting.
