I called at 6:45 on new Year’s eve not realizing the store closed at 7pm that night and I had to call 3 times before some person answered the phone! I asked to place an order and the person said no because they close at 7. I said there is still 10 mins till 7 (would of been 15 mins if they would have answered the first time I called) and the person said we already started the shut down process so they wouldn’t be taking my order. I asked the person if I walked into the store right now to place an order would u not take my order? The person said and I quote “probably not” I was shocked by this! I asked what their name was and they hung up on me! CLEARLY if u hung up on me without giving me ur name u KNEW u were in the wrong! So I called the Fort Dodge store and the manager there was awesome! I explained what had just happened and she apologized for that person’s rude behavior! Even honored an in app coupon code for me! If I didn’t live in Gilmore City I would go to Fort Dodge every time! Do better Humboldt subway!!

I was in tonight. Ordered 2 six inches and a foot long. Never once saw an employee wash their hands. My sandwich is an absolute mess. Nothing was folded into my sandwich correctly everything fell right on out of it. All the pickles were piled up in one spot. Employees weren’t welcoming or nice. They tried to put only 3 slices of ham in one of my six inches when a six inch ham should have 6 pieces.

Went in to order my food and the manager Travis purposely made my food incorrectly. Even though I had corrected him multiple times and gotten a response from him about it, he chose to ignore me and not correct it. All I have to say is, I will be going to fort dodges subway from now on. Very disappointed. :/

Most of the time I love subway, however, I stopped at the one in Humboldt and was very disappointed. The tables were dirty. We mentioned that to the staff and they did nothing about it. The floors were filthy. The staff had 10 minutes of down time and sat in the back. A customer came in and stood there waiting for someone to help her. 5 minutes went by before I said loudly”They must all be on break.”. They must have heard me because they came up front then. I will continue to eat at subway, but not in Humboldt ever again!

Worst employee they hire , we came to get an order and she looks so mad because we are so many people the day that she was taking care of was December 5 at 9:40 pm (maybe because came 20 minutes before they close that’s why maybe she was mad with us).

If I could give no stars I would, my first time at this location and I will never go back agong.. I asked for my sandwichs to be toasted.. and there weren’t…. bread still soft and meat cold cheese not melted and just wanted to look at me and say I watched them be toasted.. ive gone to many locations and this is the first time ive dealt with this.. I asked for my money back and left the food.. never going to step back in there.. also this was on online order.. so you might get good sandwiches walking in cause you see them make it right then..

I can’t believe that the girl who served me tonight 9pm 4/6/25 served me horribly, I think she was angry about something, what’s my fault?… I just wanted to eat, she ruined my appetite, she was rude when she asked what I wanted, and she looked at me ugly, I’ve been coming here to eat for years but today I definitely don’t think she’s a good server.

Went here after a basketball game. It was 40 minutes till they close. They were putting chairs on tables and had to pry the girl away from her cell phone to order. After getting their attention, they were very rude and bothered having to make a sandwich. Very dissapointing!
