Should have fled the restaurant the moment i walked in the door! TICKET TIMES were the slowest i’ve ever experienced in ANY fast food establishment. Wasn’t busy and I waited for 40 minutes in line and during that time only 6 or 7 foot longs were made. 2 online orders had to be made before they started on me and the online orders were already an hour overdue but nobody was even there to pick them up. My sandwich bread was raw and black olives were frozen. I noticed a Gentleman had to come and return his salad order because it had no lettuce in it… Never coming back to this location again. I Could have made a home cooked 4 course meal in the amount time it took to get served a foot long. Shut this place down. The poor dude was working all alone too and that situation really is just not ok shows how far corporate greed will go to make a dollar. EDIT: I JUST ATE THE SANDWICH AND I AM CURRENTLY SICK TO MY STOMACH

Went last Friday around 430-435. Had to wait in line for 20 mins as they were completing a large go order. No problems with that. When it was my turn I ordered 2-12” white subs. The people were incredibly polite etc. drive home, open the sub, and the bread was hard as a brick. I tried peeling the top layer of the bun off and still eat it, but literally crumbled apart. No, I didn’t get it toasted. So disappointed. Spent $25. Wasn’t going to drive back to Emmetsburg to get it fixed.

Been to this Subway twice and both times out of bread at 7:30. They’re open till 9:00. I don’t understand what the hell they’re thinking especially during the summer when people are eating late. I blackballed the subway 8 years ago cuz they would not give me extra black olives. Now they’re blackballed again

Walked in around 6:40 PM and the one worker as so rude and kept telling everyone that they didn’t have much bread. What they had on the shelf is all they had. And telling the other worker to get a sign on the door. The one worker was just rude about it. Her attitude and demeanor was tense and stressful. We will not go back. We will drive extra to the next town over and get our Subway elsewhere.

Ordered 2 subs at 6:30 PM. Drove 20 minutes to find the doors locked. There was a worker cleaning up but would not unlock the door or answer the phone. Still waiting (2 weeks later) from a call back from management to get my $20 back.

Management, can you impress upon your staff to get the orders correct. When it happens over and over, it is not a employee problem, it’s a Management problem. Especially, when you order online. Just once, can you get the orders correct. Please. If it continues, it will be taken to Corporate.

When I walked in the door the two ladies working we’re sitting at a table in the middle of a conversation they gave me an extended gaze before greeting me and standing up to get to work. Was hard not to feel like I was interrupting them. They continued with their conversation well I was ordering and portions were small buy small I mean three banana peppers and when I asked for extra I was giving two more.

I have worked in the food industry since I have been 15. I came into the Emmetsburg Subway today and I was greated with a friendly smile. I wanted a buffalo chicken sandwich which the lady nicely told me that they haven’t had buffalo chicken for months besides the rotisserie buffalo chicken which they just discontinued, with this I was fine with. My sub was amazing when I decided what kind I wanted. I decided to eat in the store because I had some time to spare. There was a phone of a co worker that went off on loud and she checked her text message and immediately got angry and threw her phone down so hard that she cracked the screen I believe she said. She was very infuriated on what she had read and kept going on and on about it very loudly so I could distinctly hear the conversation. I wont repeat what she said but she was angry at what another co worker texted her. She begin banging things around and discussing the situation with the other coworker. Her phone then again rang and she made a phone call on her cell phone up front. Started swearing, calling vile names over the phone and when customers started walking in she was still on her phone until the other lady working there came up to the counter and she told the person on the phone she had to go. I understand everyone has bad days. I understand things dont always go your way but please, next time make sure you are considerate to your customers. This was handled very poorly.

Went to subway tonight at 745PM, employees told us they were closing, shut off their lights while assisting a customer and turned us away, two other vehicles we also turned away. We needed 4 subs, one of the other customers that they turned away needed 5. Guess they’re out a few sales and customers. Went to Casey’s instead where we were treated appropriately.
