Just letting everyone know, if you go threw Algona and get hungry, do not- ever stop at subway by hyvee! I just had food-posioning last night, was so sick and didnt wake up tell 9am this morning when usually im up at 6 with the kids. This girl there doing my sandwich was slow to the point I could of just took a nap. Making my daughter’s pizza sub was disgusting, she barley put any maranera sauce on it. Maybe like a smear and the pepperoni didnt look to good. But stupid me I didn’t say to much cause (i used to work at subway and knowing the stress.) But didnt know I’d get so deathly sick. Now im just angry cause it ruined a whole day. I ended up eating it cause Betty didnt think she wanted it. Well good thing I ate it or she be in more sick pain then me.
I give that worker a 0 FOR THE LACK OF CARE! I give the whole subway a 0 for the fact of higher someone who lack the care of being a worker. Sounds harsh but honestly im tired of not speaking my mind. That whole experience was a no go. And never will I recommend this subway to anyone and never will I return.
This place should be shut down before someone dies of food posing! I would totally want my money back but she never gave me my receipt!

Morning and she was still cleaning her work area,but that didn’t stop her being positive,polite,friendly and helpful. Store was clean I have great service and great prepared sandwich with couple suggestions from lady who make my sandwich and it was delicious.I love morning like this.

My husband stopped here to get a sandwich and it’s the hands down worst sandwich I’ve ever seen. It took 15+ minutes for them to make it, they were out of cookies and he had to go back in and get a bowl and a fork to even be able to eat it. Worst subway experience. 0 stars. Was in there at around 7:30pm ish, 7-28-24 guy was sitting outside when I walked in, he came in after a couple minutes, called someone and was being a jerk to the other young employee and very rude to customers. Slamming things, cursing, told a female customer to just leave cause he didn’t want to serve her anyway. Older guy, bald head, hunched over a little, wouldn’t tell me his name. I will never stop here again

Staff was nice. The building inside had stains on the walls and dust caked on the fan. I should have left when I saw that. My son found a hair in his food .

Pretty alright, service was fine. This particular subway is almost always out of the sauce, or the bread, or the meat that you want though. Not sure how or why, I only get two different kinds of sandwiches. The other subway in town is usually a little better.

Didn’t get the bread I asked for. They gave us no napkins. They changed their Chipotle sauce so it’s more like a barbeque flavor. Kinda busy so not completely their fault.

Ordered online with special requests asked for only 2 scoops of tuna and it was loaded. Asked to add bacon and there was literally one piece on the sandwich. It was also supposed to be toasted opened to eat it and it was cold!
