Service level varies at this location. Very disappointed tonight as they did not add almost half the ingredients I requested. My sandwich was missing ham, lettuce, and cucumber. My husband’s sandwich was missing spinach. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up an online order.

I have been going to this subway for more than a year and I’ve seen a lot of their employees come and go. Tonight was different. Best service I’ve ever seen from any Subway. Kieran and Nick were phenomenal. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Both of them were kind and respectful. I absolutely will be coming back after tonight’s experience. Highly recommend

It was a frustrating experience for us. Staff don’t speak or understand English and do not seem to accept the coupons. Newly advertised items aren’t in stock. Trying to communicate the order was such a challenge it made for an unpleasant experience. In the end, we didn’t get what we wanted and paid too much, but the only employee on site couldn’t speak a word of English to us to understand what we were asking for. I won’t go back.

Food was great! Their sandwiches offer such a wide selection, they have many types of drinks and even a fridge for other drinks, many pre-made options to pick from and add on too. Their service was great and food being done while you’re making your sandwich, and the employees are just amazing, very patient with your order and overall just nice, would rate service 6 if the option was available. And the atmosphere was great, a few decorations here or there and it probably could’ve gotten one more star if they added more.

We had a bizarre experience here today. I ordered on the Subway app for pick-up around 3:00PM. I received a confirmation email and went to go pick up the order.
I got to the store and the door was locked but the Open sign was on and I could see someone inside, so I called the store. A girl answered and I explained I had a pick-up order but couldn’t get it. She told me she’s not sure how an online order went too right because they had been “closed for awhile” and she didn’t know what to do about it. She wasn’t able to process a refund and asked if I would like her to speak with her manager about it. I said yes…and then she just hung up. She never asked for my information so I’m not sure how her manager will be able to help now? I don’t know why they were closed, I wasn’t given an explanation nor was anything posted on the door/online. Per Google, they’re still open right now. Probably won’t be going to this location anymore and really hope the manager sees this, so I can get a refund.

I go in there waiting for my food to finish because it’s a mobile order and I take a seat. I can see them make my sandwiches and during the process one of them tells the other you forgot to do any of the instructions they asked for. “I don’t care, I don’t feel bad at all.” I was hoping I just misheard but when I get home and check them, only one was toasted, instead of all 3, they even put ham instead of beef. As a Muslim family we can’t have it so it’s just thrown away, because we’re not driving back to complain to someone who “doesn’t feel bad at all.”

Service and quality of food depends on the person working. Owner is a cheapskate that doesn’t let this location accept coupons, and their sandwiches are slightly more expensive than other locations. Sometimes I show up only to find the door locked and nobody inside even though it’s business hours. Today my sandwich was missing a topping I paid extra for.
